August 9, 201213 yr Black knives should be a bit better on things like hellhounds, gargoyles and such. But since steels, irons and even dark beasts and abyssals have fair defence, you may want to use Karil's crossbow instead as it has about 60 higher ranged attack than the best dart while being only 1 tick slower. Black knives/broad bolts are the budget option, but I'd recommend runite bolts or dragon darts (~108% and ~110% dps compared to the cheaper versions respectively, ignoring accuracy bonus). August 9, 201213 yr Author ah okay. Well atm I polypore the metal drags, I was thinking tasks like hounds, greaters, blue drags and abyssals. I'm trying to use range on all tasks feasible to level it up. So karils crossbow is an option..didn't consider that tbh and I do have like 4k racks. Aren't broad equal to addy bolts? I use them over rune just because they're so cheap, but I'd try dragon darts on hounds, greaters etc.

August 11, 201213 yr You can use a cannon on slayer tasks to get ranged experience, and you can kill Glacors for better mage experience and more money than you ever could through slayer.

Which of course is very few! :P We could argue what actually is meant by "feasible", but I don't even want to think how you begin determining that. We'd have to start bringing gp/hr, apm, and xp/hr into the equation. And try to equate that all to the concept of "fun".I don't have an issue with having fun at all. For that matter, I can't think of any "efficiency addicts" that do. We aren't shoving anything down his throat at all. Just tossing recommendations out there.It's very very difficult to give advice based on what is "fun".
