September 28, 201213 yr Okay, well I hate to add to all the money making threads here but I've also come back recently and here are my current stats:I've got maybe ~20mil to work with and I'm already doing farming runs and MTK with the green fingers aura.I have a spare 200k tokens for dungeoneering too and rigour/cr/ccb/cm ect. I've done most quests and so I have access to tds and glacors. Now the question is, what're the best making methods I can do with these stats and the best money making methods I can aim for, i.e. get 95 prayer then go do bandos. Rates for these things would also be appreciated, thanks! :twss:Edit: I'd eventually like to aim for the best money making methods in the game, that aren't dicing/staking ect, and I'd like help to make a plan to get there. Thanks! Blog
September 28, 201213 yr Truthfully I think selling dung floors is probably one of the best ways to make money. Maxed [February 14, 2012] | Completionist [October 25, 2012] | Trimmed Completionist [in Progress]Visit my Blog!
September 28, 201213 yr Truthfully I think selling dung floors is probably one of the best ways to make money.Precisely what I was thinking. He'd have to dramatically raise his stats for that though.
September 28, 201213 yr I'm in your position stat wise and so far alternating between Glacors and TDS has worked well for me. I would emphasize going to Glacors mainly as they shit out Blue Charms like they've OD'ed on OJ.
October 1, 201213 yr qbd is ~10m/hr last I heard once you get the method down.. but that might require a steel Titan

October 1, 201213 yr qbd is ~10m/hr last I heard once you get the method down.. but that might require a steel Titan 1 kill/5 min for 10m/h?
October 1, 201213 yr Author Thanks for the replies everyone, while selling dungs is probably ridiculously good money I'm probably not going to even bother with it till I get the comp cape or very close to it because it seems like it demands a lot. The thing that worries me though is that it seems to require a bit of trust, kind of like how there used to be dice clans, I'd have to join a leech clan. I guess at the moment I'll start killing Glacors soon for charms and then Ill give the qbd a shot to see if I can make anything from her even without a titan. How's nex nowadays? Is it still worth trying to get into once I have a decent cash pile? Blog
October 5, 201213 yr The thing that worries me though is that it seems to require a bit of trust, kind of like how there used to be dice clans, I'd have to join a leech clan. The difference between leech clans and dice clans is that people are only paying 2M for a service, not 100M+ on a bet. :P. I do freak some people out when I sell though... They give me their payment of 2-3M and I plant a flower as I say good luck. They just sit there like, "Um... WTF?"

October 11, 201213 yr I read this tipsPlayers in Runescape make money by collecting and selling items to other players. It is good, but the best ways to make money in Runescape involve developing a specific type of skill and using that skill to make or collect items. However, merchanting is one way players can make money without developing their skills. There are many different types of skills available to master in Runescape, but it’s difficult to make large sums of money until you are in a high level. Spend your time leveling one or two skills instead of spending your time developing all your skills at once. Focusing on one or two skills at a time will help you reach a higher level, which will help you make significantly more money for your runescape account. The three most common ways people make money playing Runescape are mining, fishing and woodcutting. Spend your time developing these skills and you'll be raking in gold pieces in no time at all.Surprisingly, selling your items in bulk can help you make more money than selling smaller amounts of your items. This is because high-level players don't want to waste their valuable time buying items from different characters. High-level players usually have lots of extra gold, so they don't mind paying a little extra for convenience.Merchanting is the only way to make a significant amount of money without having a high level RS accounts in a particular skill. Merchanting involves buying items at a low price and selling them at a high price. Use the money you made from the initial transaction to reinvest new items to merchant. Some of the easiest items you can merchant are logs, armor, fish and ores. Stay patient and wait until you can buy items at an extremely low price. Finding a lower-priced seller might take a little extra time, but it will result in a bigger profit in a long run.Killing hill giants is one of the most popular ways to make money and raise your combat level at the same time. Hill giants are located slightly northwest of Varock in a dungeon near the first river you come across. Collect the big bones that drop after you kill each hill giant. When your inventory is full, return them to the bank. After you have killed hill giants, sell your big bones to another player for around a few hundred gold pieces each.
