February 6, 200620 yr That's right! Steelers just hammered the Seahawks 21-10 in the SuperBowl game. All in all, admittedly, I have to say that the seahawks had the better game overall but the Steelers took them play-to-play. :Post opinions.
February 6, 200620 yr The Steelers made the big plays when they needed them. :) OoC Overseer Eet mor kabbig!
February 6, 200620 yr Author Yeah, the one reverse-throw play was amazing. That was the game winner IMO.
February 6, 200620 yr Yeah, I wouldn't exactly call it "hammered", it was actually a really close game. The pass interference on the Seahawk touchdown was a horrible call, and I think that's what cost em the game. But oh well, like anyone's ever heard of a ref who can see 20/20, and that reverse pass play made my heart explode :D . Gamertag: King Arizona
February 6, 200620 yr Congrats to the steelers. :P This must be the first time I can remember that the team I wanted to win won. Overall it was a boring game though. :(
February 6, 200620 yr Author Yeah, that play was something amazing. All ref's, no matter the sport, are questionable from either team. I do admit that I think the refs favoured the steelers in this one.
February 6, 200620 yr yeah dude, our hometown is going crazy cause we havent won a superbowl since like 94. Now all our public schools have off school tommarow because we won, and at the end if seahawks would of kicked a field goal my uncle would of won 4000 dollars, stupid seahawks
February 6, 200620 yr Whoever got the balls to call the Randle EL reverse and pass to Ward in the SUPERBOWL should be given a Knighthood. Sick as! You do have a King in America right? The burger one? This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
February 6, 200620 yr The only part I saw (cuz my brother was hogging the TV with Legend of Zelda) was the half-time, which was sickening... I am glad that the Steelers won though. :)
February 6, 200620 yr I think there was 2 bad calls against the Seahawks that costed them the game. The Darrell Jackson offensive pass interference call was horrible. That wasn't a push. And the other was Roethlisberger call, the ball never came close to the endzone. That would of made it 4th down and the Steelers probably would of kicked a field goal. There was another one that took away something like a 30 yard pass from Seattle because of a holding. Oh well. Congrats to Hines Ward for winning the MVP award. 122 Combat : 99 Hits : 99 Attack : 99 Strength97/99 Defence : 99 Fletching : 99 Woodcutting
February 7, 200620 yr it was a sad day for seahawks. The calls the refs called alot of judgeable calls that could of gone either way. like the push off, from that touchdown that didnt count. and that touchdown by the steelers. if the game was called different the score would of been 17-14 seahawks. They have had a good season this year. I thought about going to the seahawks welcome back celabrating at quest field cause they did so good. But well come back next year! :D
February 7, 200620 yr You do have a King in America right? The burger one? im usin that in my sig for sure...
February 7, 200620 yr I didn't really care who won the Superbowl this year... Gratz to the Steelers for managing not to choke as bad as the Seahawks did. I think that the Seahawks should've won, especially if they managed to play the way they were playing during the playoffs. The reverse and then pass to Ward was THE best play the entire game and for that, I give the Steelers big propz because that takes balls to even try that, let alone pull it off. I wasn't even really that impressed with the commercials this year either. The Rolling Stones at half time was pretty cool though.
