Bullshit considering we voted to keep it But did you vote to have that in the first place? When they implement something that allows you to get 4-5 times the usual Magic exp rates, 95% free and for 6-hour long AFK sessions, without having the community vote for it, it doesn't matter, because I can take advantage of it. But when they nerf it without polling it? Suddenly, it's an outrage because they didn't poll it.
March 5, 201412 yr Nobody's denying that it was unbalanced. However, I am arguing that despite how unbalanced it is, people are making mountains out of molehills regarding the impact it had on the game. I've yet to hear a logical argument as to specifically why NMZ was bad for the game.

March 14, 201412 yr The poll results on NMZ and the bug fix are likely unrelated. I believe Jagex when it says it overlooked the bug. March 14, 201412 yr I was AFK'ing melee in NMZ yesterday when the servers DC'd. Got on today and noticed that I kept the overload boosts outside NMZ >_> Wish I noticed it sooner since I started at 94/78 magic lol.

I looted between 2500-2700 chests for everything, giving the dstone a drop rate of about 1:50, which is what I figured it'd be. Total loot was roughly as follows:100 dragonstones525 diamonds5310 tuna800 pike2450 ashes20k minds?? chaos?? deaths?? fire runes~300-400 sharks~2-3k coal~300+ uncut emeralds~150-200 uncut sapphires~100-200 iron ore~200 tinderboxes As you can tell, I didn't really keep an exact log, plus I didn't count any loot from when I died about 5 times. I managed to escape around 15-20 times, so there's a lot of pkers out there, don't worry about that. April 13, 201412 yr 400k points in nightmare zone rumble. I did not move from that spot once. Makes me curious how many points you'd get if you ran around using powers, flicked piety, potted more efficiently and brought more absorb pots... 1m+ easy. (all in max xp rumble)

I use DDS and all the powerups with 15% strength prayer

I use DDS and all the powerups with 15% strength prayer Never bothered tracking it at all, all I can say is that it's better than alternatives. Sometimes I feel like dharoks is less DPS than whip but statistics tell me otherwise so it must be confirmation bias. Using the powerups other than spec one interestingly would give you less xp, as the bonus damage gives 0 xp. That said, the extra points are probably worth more than the negligable amount of XP you'd miss out on. Next trip I do I'll be sure to note my strength xp gain and edit it into this post. EDIT: 65k/hour... I potted super set about once every 20 minutes, verrrry afk. Even though not potted or pray, this was surprisingly low to me. I did use a guy that had black demons though so I'm not sure how much of a negative impact that has on the xp/hour, i can't imagine a lot based off all the hits I saw land on them, their def seems low. While on topic: Do you know what is up with the points gained per creature? The values I get are vastly different from those listed on the wiki.
April 13, 201412 yr I have no clue how many points I actually get per monster. But like you said, that's the main reason why I grab powerups-- to get more points and pay for the p pots. I use the orion client and it automatically tells me what my XP/hr is. If you're gonna be grabbing the spec powerup in the future, DDS gives more xp/hr than maul. Though in your case you might want to look into getting an ancient mace so you could refill on prayer with it every time. Not sure if that'd be enough to allow you to use str-boosting prayers the whole time though
