February 15, 200620 yr Im listening to my MP3 player on the subway on my way to school. It turns off. Batteries are dead.Im like allright, So I press play again, and it plays for around another 30 seconds. I repeadetly press play whenever it stops, Untill...all the songs were re-arranged, I could hear songs I never put on the Mp3 player, some songs were playing with music from one song and lyrics from another. Song number 51 is the ultimate remix, 5 random seconds of EVERY song on my MP3 is on 51. Numbers 45-50 do the same thing. They just play random songs for 5 seconds and switch to another one..etc. Its pretty sweeeet. What really got me is that it was playing songs Ive never heard, and/or never put on it. Even weirder, i didnt have to change the batteries anymore, though they were almost dead.....i dont know when they will die 8)

February 15, 200620 yr Author cheap Mp3 player..its a Hama ..like $30 it requires a chip..i use a 256MB one..good for about 70 songs i cant afford an ipod :oops: im only 15

February 15, 200620 yr sweeeeeeeeet dog 8) Wow, that was a really insightful post. :roll: Anyways, if it is just the batteries, then just replace them. If it is really broken I wouldn't waste time and money getting it fixed, because it is so cheap it would be more practical just to be a new one. Also if you really like listening to music I would recommend getting a nicer player, considering the cheap ones are fairly easy to break. Your true character is what you are like when you believe there are no repercussions.
February 16, 200620 yr If you're going to buy a new mp3, get something from Creative Labs. Even though I am proud to own an iPod, you still have to agree that a Creative Lab mp3 player is better. When Apple had mini's out, the cost $250 for a 4 gig black and white screen. For that same price, you could get an 8 gig color Creative, same quality.
February 16, 200620 yr I had a similar experience with my ipod this morning. I was listening to it on the bus, trying to sleep at the same time. The bus went over a HUGE speedbump, I was in the middle of a song, and it skipped head 10 songs, and started skipping all over the place for about a minute. February 16, 200620 yr Although I own an old school iPod (remember those :P ) 40GB, I suggest a different make MP3 player simply because Apple is no longer the sole maker of MP3 players and there are nicer and better buys than iPods. Even though you're only 15 you can find some more, ermm, reliable MP3 players for around $100. Surely you must get an allowance?

It lasts for hours and ive never had it run out on me. 5th generation iPods (like my nano) are one piecers. The battery is welded to the board, wich is welded to the other components. This way, from what I know, a ruined battery means a ruined iPod. Our suitcases were all packed up in her room, and I was on her bed reading by myself. All of a sudden everything went white for a second like if a camera flash just went off, and I heard the clicking of the camera. I ran out of that room and threw the book on the floor. And all of a sudden the room flashed and made the sound like hwne you take a picture. Since he said his iPod was possessed and played at random times even when off, reminded me of that Runescaper (off and on) since late 2001
