Im 91 range wit 100 combat ..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I tried gettin fire cape. Everything was goign good. Till the lvl 90s, 180s started coming up at the same time of the 360s.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was almsot near the last 360 until i had low hp and a lvl 90 ranges me and i die.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

over an hour and a half wasted for nothing

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Man i really wanted the cape.

ya try again. but you have to really want the cape

Try fighting one monster at a time as often as you can...change it up...tell us your strategy!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At combat 100 it's not impossible, trust me.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

However, if you want to be more assured of success, wait till level 110 or so.

Higher combat doesnt help too much. I'm 122 combat with 93 ranged and I still can't quite beat it :?

Read all the guides you can find and try their strategy.

 

 

 

Take one at a time and keep an eye on your health and prayer level (when you're using prayer)

 

 

 

Keep trying different tactics. Don't always stick to one because there are many other ways to get a fire cape.

 

 

 

Don't get fustrated if you die. You didn't lose anything. Patience is a virtue.

Well i know this doesnt have to do anything with what u r asking but i just have to say it but i saw a lvl 99 dude with 70 ranged and he had a lava cape so yeah it doesnt matter how high ur ranged is about having good tactics and also switching prayer at the right moment and not to panick.

If you haven't got to the 702, keep trying! Quitters never win, and winners never lose. Don't give up that easily, i've lost at that game three times, and im going back for the fourth (and hopefully final time tomorrow). Best of luck in your future endeavors.

I have a question, iv never read much about this, but if you die do you lose all but 3 or 4 or is it like dual arena where you keep your stuff?

um i got to the level 702 7 times and died, the 8th try i got the cape.

When the 360s, 180s, and 90s come at the same time, have protect from magic on at all times and wear full guthan. Run around until you have the level 180 stuck behind the 90. Kill the 90, then run to a safe spot and range the 360, and then kill the 180. If you don't know where the safe spots are, I'm going to put a video up shortly of the last half hour of raw footage in beating the fight caves so you can see what I did.

If you die you keep all your items.

Well, i just got to jad my 3rd time today, The hardest part of Jad is THE START i just can't seem to get into his rythym, i've heard once you have that down, you're golden...Also my stratgy for Killing is 22's > 90's > 180's > 360's > 45's. Hope that helps you, o, and if anyone knows about the "Italy" Rock, DON'T stand by it when jad spawns, just turn auto on, and change prayer according to sound, (saved my butt 2 times today), but i still couldn't find Jad's rythym *he got me in 4 hits* :(), well ill be going back either friday or saturday, wish me luck (i NEED it)

the second that last 360 dies put on the range prayer cuz jad's first attack is range. jads actually harder once he calls the healers because you have to switch while stopping him from getting healed too much and still switch prayers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the start and the end are as easy as he gets.

Not just the start. Many people die at the start when they get one hit while looking for him. Many others just die because they get their timing off or they just freeze.

No, his first attack is not 100% range, it depends on how far away he is away from you, like me, tonight, it was mage, luckily i changed prayer in time to not get hit

you probably missed the first hit, every guide says range is the 100% first hit and ive been to jad 7 times and hes used range on me every time.
