March 30, 200620 yr Well, most of the "girls" in Runescape are boys. I thought 9 of the 10 Runescape "girls". Most of them are telling they'll have a girlfriend because they need money. It's very sad but its true... Kintenic

Have you researched this or something? striker do you ever post anything that is not spam? oh course I didnt do research, but nick did :P But since Ive played alot of different mmorpg's you'll come to find that alot of the female characters you see walking around are acually guys. I wasnt however pointing that out, I was saying that girls standing around in varrock saying "looking for hot bf" are most times guys looking for free stuff. March 30, 200620 yr getting a bf/gf in runescape is pretty pointless. Why? A gf could cook food for you and you can say "Lobster?! Again... God!". You could also command her to retrieve you a beer from the farthest possible inn from wherever you are and when she gives it you tell her "I don't want it, its warm now!". The self-proclaimed king of bronze.
March 31, 200620 yr Agreed, mostly this bf-gf stuff is stupid... but sometimes, if a male and female are getting on really well in RS, they really like each other's personalities, and so forth, they may decide to start "going out" with each other or even "marry". After all, people chop virtual wood in this game, they mine virtual rocks, they fish virtual fish, so why shouldn't they marry virtual people? :) But I definitely agree that people who just go "Anyone want a gf?" are almost guaranteed guys irl (or perhaps slappers :? ), and have no motives other than free stuff. ~Ian Retired Tip It Moderator | Zybez Radio DJ - Listen Here
March 31, 200620 yr It's nice when real people who are in a relationship get married in RS, otherwise it's just for greed. I can agree with that, as I am doing just that. (The real-life thing was about 7 1/2 years ago.)
March 31, 200620 yr Runescape "love" isn't really love. It's either one of your friends or an awkward person who you have no idea who they are. There's no point in having one. Having a girlfriend in real life is actually love and is much more worth it. Personally I'd say your definition of "love" is a bit off.. It doesn't just revolve around the physical parts. Fair point though, but still..Wether you're actually with a person or not I still think it's possible to "connect" on a mental plane. Afterall isn't that why you're friends with just a certain amount of people in RS..I think having a rs gf breaks the monotonous routine quite nicely. I don't have one, although I'd say it's wrong to look down on someone based on how an individual decides to play the game.
