I hope it is above most skill related items so I can lay the smack down on any randoms that dare interrupt my monk fishing/cooking etc. without having to worry that if I lag I keep my dark gloves, rune ax, and a mage log for example. I have yet to try and get a Fire Cape, but I think I have the stats and gear to do it :D .
