I'm not sure who this Fancy Fancy with 70+ ranged is. I'm on high scores now, and fancy fancy has only got lvl 35 ranged and 34 prayer. I believe that isnt enough to wield Karil's X-bow, so the fire cape cant belong to fancy fancy.

With Sara Brew it could be 115 hp ;]

 

So yeah. Thats not the highest hp anymore.
