Very good, I like it. Just one small suggestion: It looks like you gave the guy dragon plate instead of dragon chain. Try some simple shading (just diamonds) to make it look more like chain because d plate doesn't exist.

It was much more better compared to the first one you posted.

 

 

 

But background is abit plain. Maybe you can do something about the sky too, instead of just so many "dots" in a blue background.

Add some darkened (almost black) mountains in the far background to add realism (either side of his head) otherwise it's very good for your 2nd, your linework is alot more advanced than your colouring though, try using colours lower down in the pallete (not full on the colour) so they are more grey and shade his face, good work keep it up.

Anyway, I like it.

 

One thing, the moon at first glance looks like the sun. The moon is more whitish-grey. And the craters are hard to see.

 

Try to get that, and it will be great I'm sure =D

Thats not really the ''rune'' colour, and to light for mith

 

 

 

grab your paint bucket tool, find a rune colour, and make the weapon
