Got a penchant for finding things on the ground?

i found a trimmed kite

once at the shops i saw a old man accidently drop a $50 note so i went to pick it up to give it to him but some other guy just picked it up and said good find and put it in his pocket!!! :evil:

quite the opposite of all these cool finds.. ive just recently lost about a thousand+ dollars worth of stuff in a backpack i took to work.. (someone stole it)

A Sony PSP with 3 games

 

my wallet with $100 cash, credit cards and ID

 

a folding knife worth 200$

 

my jacket (100$)

 

my paycheck for $600

 

the bag itself

 

other random things which i cannot recall, but it sucks because i know there were some things in there that i really liked..

I seem to "find" money at work alot(not out the cash drawer). Customers will be like, there's $40 on the ground here! Someone must be looking for it! So I go, Ok I'll hold onto it until they come(and they havn't yet :) )

 

This happened one other time, except with $20, I've also found $5 there on the ground.

Lol, there is a cinema in one of the scummier parts of Melbourne where there is always a wallet that has been stolen and stripped sitting in the front row. A friend of mine used to work there and they were up to 30 somthing wallets when he left.

Once a taxi driver was packing his taxi with our suitcases and he packed some guy's bag by mistake. Nobody noticed until we got home. No address, name, telephone number. Was too far away to return it... It only had a few catapults and books in it. I got one of the catapults and my brother got the other. They were awesome!
