But now ill be having my summer holidays soon and i might join you for some easier trips, i am also starting out on barrows, so i might do some barrows events with you as well :D . ~Cheerz. deangut Posted July 3, 2006 Share Posted July 3, 2006 Here's the Dragon Axe story...... =========================== OOOoo the dragon axe... OMG So Team 2 was there at the DK's (Dag Kings)... Team 2: Magers: Sant and myself Rangers: Luca and Bobby Melee: Golv We didn't get lost going down this time and were off into the caves...I got Rex to come over after 3 shots... Stubborn lil guy sometimes... So there I was the lone mager.. (Sant went off to sell Serker we got on the last trip) I was on my 3rd or 4th Rex (No drops just bones and swordies) when I see a red dot in the upper corner of my screen. As a habbit I always scroll screen to see what it is. (half key) I wonder why they didn't pick it up but then they might be full inventory, Trip must be going good......... I was down to 40 hp... Get a pm that GOLV tele'd and left his drop of D Axe... I look at rex who is almost red barred... I quickly sip on 2 doses of saras', then 1 super restore in between right clickin on rex between each sip so I could get the kill... Kept splashing 0's on Rex.... so I said F IT!!! Bolted straight west with Rex running behind me.. And with those hands isn't something you want trailing you... I get just past the middle of the screen on the far South (tryin to stay close to the edge to avoid all 3 on me at once) and I see the red dot. I right click on it and there it is Dragon Axe... WOOT! I goto my mage window and click telegrab.... Right click and hit the Dbaxe.. Soon as I tele grab of coarse it runs half way from edge to pile and Prime and Supreme take notice of me... With Rex still following me, he now hits me for 20+ and I see the 2 other DK's coming to finish me... With the TGrab complete I click my Cammy Tele quick... Whew that was close.. 32 hp but at least I got the Dragon axe for the team.. My screen was still on Mage screen from Telegrab and Cammy tele.... Switch to Inventory... what? No Axe? OMFG My inventory was full... You go to be kidding me.... I look at chat screen.. Your inventory is to full for this item..... As I walk back to bank I note to self... Save the DK bones... they are worth more then 1.7m... Soz guys... I did everything to text book besides the simplest part... HAVING INVENTORY ROOM..... LMAO... I come to find out that 1 member tele'd with 17 HP, Golv tele's Red Barred and the other prob tele'd when he saw the other 2 tele.... @ - Come Join SoDB in Some GWD and other Slaying! - @ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Leesters Posted July 4, 2006 Share Posted July 4, 2006 Hey folks, I'd like to do a Dag king trip tonight... Thought this would be a good place to recruit a team.... I'm looking for 1 mage, and 2 other rangers. The 3 rangers will switch between prime and supreme between spawns. Since the success of this process depends on how long you stay there, I'd like rangers with Guthans. Rangers won't need much food, because Supreme will heal us, but instead of sharks, if you have Sara brew with super restores, you'll have more inventory for prayer pots. Heres the process... Mage goes down and gets rex out of the way. Lowest level ranger goes down and distracts Prime by standing on him. Two other rangers go in and kill supreme (hopefully while on range pray) Then the rangers will head to the range spot, range prime to death, run to Supreme, guthan him to death, and rinse and repeat. Here's what I use for inventory. Wearing: Guthans, legends cape, rune boots, ring of wealth, Inventory: Crystal bow 50 air runes (tele grab) 50 law runes Panic button (house tele, ectovial) 3 super anti potions (All potions have 4 doses) 2 range potions 4 Sara Brew 5 Super restore The rest is prayer pots. Crystal bow needs to be 5/10 or higher, or you'll run out. We'll stay over 90 minutes doing it this way. Mage can pretty much go prayer free, because Prime and Supreme will be completely owned. If the mage has to tele early, though, we're done with supreme, so its important to keep him there as long as possible. If more mages wants to come, thats fine. If we have 1 mage and 3 rangers, we'll split evenly. If we have more mages, mages will split rex drops, and rangers will split Prime and Supreme drops. No more than 3 rangers, please. Any more is overkill and waters down the loot pool. If anyone wants to come, please post. I'll be doing this at 8pm Pacific time. Let me know if you wanna join the fun! A circus in Runescape?? Oh my.
