Not knowing what those green spots were flying out of random players and hitting cows until i had 30+ in almost everything! (the green spots were arrows)

Gettin excited about seeing an imp and try to get the kill for the sweet loot.

 

 

 

Yelling stop noob when someone beat me minin iron.

 

 

 

Selling all my items from Moss giants to gen strore and being rich with my 1.3k!!!

 

 

 

Low Alcn bronze arrows for great xp

Trying to figure out how to wield the knives used for fletching.

i miss setting goals, now ive got nothing else i really want :?

i miss being proud of being able to afford... a steel mace

Here is what i miss most:

 

 

 

-Thinking my combat level was 40 because i was looking at total level and then braging but someone told me I was only 5 :oops:

 

-Getting lost in Falador trying to find Port Sarim.

 

-Picked bananas to get cash and thinking I was going to get full addy with it.

 

-Thought I was a god with 1k cash 8-)

 

-Bowing down when I saw a level 80+ :D

 

-Just fooling around telling higher levels i could beat them in the wildy and then logging of and switching worlds just to read all there cursing and calling me a n00b in my PM

 

 

 

ahhhh the good old days... :D

i miss 1 thing the most

 

-forgetting to bring 10 gp to get through the al kharid gate and having to kill like 10 goblins for it and almost getting killed :oops:

aw being a low lvl the game was sooo fun back then i used to b so excited to log onto rs because i ould do a number of diff things like exploring questing training interacting

 

 

 

now being a high lvl with every quest done 10m+ in bank all i do is train which gets very boring

 

 

 

I miss the fun!

thinking that lvl 80 takes only 2 times as much xp as lvl 40

I miss quests to do and exploring the game. I've done most of it now and it makes the game a little less fun.. :P me have to become member soon

 

 

 

Becoming members is the "newb" experience all over again!

Best topic thus far,,,I can't stop laughing at some of these posts .. I remember the day I finally dropped the newb map and thought I am a goddess now.... I don't need a map no longer to find my way...Then 10 min's later calling on a friend to come find me I am lost !!! :oops:

Just being a low level.... It was great. Nowadays everything takes hours and hours of training to get a single level.... Boring.

-Finding 10k and thinking i was now immensly rich

 

-using the beginners map to get around (Yup, i was a real newb)

 

-trying to figure oiut how to get off tutorial island

 

- not gewttin fishing past level 1 until 42cb, and not past 10 until about 50

 

-being scared of the wizards in varok's stone circle

 

-thinking taking down Delrith would be immense

 

-the quick levels were great...

 

-being impressed at how many musics i had unlocked (about 30..)

 

-completeing my first quest! (sheep shearer )

 

 

 

and something i still do - bury every bopne i see. i know its a newb thinmg to do, but it's great exp...

runescape is way bigger if you are a newb,

 

 

 

i loved everything about being low lvl,

 

 

 

like being proud on your mith full you just got :D

-rs being exciting

 

-not being able to see ppl's combat outside the wildy

 

-my first rune set that i couldnt afford a shield with, and i had a long so it looked like a r2h and everyone thought it was

 

-mining being fun

 

-white knights being a challenge...

 

-thinking nobody could be over lvl 99 before i realised magic and prayer raised combat too

 

-the race to maxing out combat stats between zong and lkj

 

-being in the top 200 for prayer with lvl 50

 

-getting 40 defense before any other stat because my friend gave me a rune med

 

-some wierd rumour that gaurds had 40 defense?

 

-seeing my first ever monk pker and thinking he was a moron for bringing a r2h into wildy without armour :lol:

 

-thinking 10k ea for party hats was insane

 

-when i sold my party hat sets 100k ea and thought i was leet 8-)

 

-but most of all, having fun
