Why isn't there _something_ to up crafting, fletching or rc

Featured Replies

Can anyone tell why there isn't a beer or pot or pie to increase crafting, fletching, runecrafting or theiving by a lvl or two.

I mean:

Cooking has Chef's Delight

Magic has Mind Bomb

Herblore has Greenman's Ale

Wood Cutting has Axeman's Folly

Slayer has Slayer Respite

Mining/Smithing has Dwarian Beer

Fishing has two: Fishing pot or Admiral pie (which raises lvl up like 5 lvl's)

Farming has garden pie

Agility, Combat, Range, and Dragon Slaying all have pots.

These two don't raise lvl but they do have a pot and a beer:

Prayer has restore

Theiving has Bandit Beer

But too the best of my knowledge: There are no pot's or beers or pies for Crafting, Fletching or Runecrafting. Or am I wrong... And there is a pot, beer or pie for them as well?

So, can someone shed some light on this subject or add their opinions on this topic?

Looking for enlightenment. :wall:

there must be something for fletching as someone on here (jessy I think) has an avatar of 100/99 for fletching! Don't know what it is mind you but there ya go

colored spice stews raise fletching. my avartar shows it.

The spicy stews from RFD can increase it by 1.

You forgot Wild Pies , gives you +5 for slayer

The +1 to fletch comes from the pots you make when getting the hell cats.

They give you random plus 1,2,3 to things. So you can make them for pots that give you what your looking for, but they are made randomly and you have no idea what you made till you drink it.. ((I think))

Poison Chalice .... can raise any skill +1

Can also deal 49 damage to you, very risky.

Those are stews, not pots. :)

But yes, they raise or lowers random lvls. There was a thread about which colours affected which skills, but I can't find it atm.

You're accusing me of bigotry, how ironic. It's a nice attempt at argument, but your responses are facile and asinine, if not diatribe. Who's arrogant now?

there should be some beer for fletching, and a pot for rc.

It would be hard for RCing beer, pie, ect.

You don't really need it..Takes up an essence spot

All Quests completed

99 Thieving achieved on January 10th, 2008

99 Defense achieved on August 3rd, 2008

85 Slayer achieved on July 31st, 2008

6 Dragon boot drops, 14 Whip drops

there should be some beer for fletching, and a pot for rc.

I don't know maybe it should be a pot for fletching also....I've never been better with using a knife after drinking beer.....

But they probably will add something later on, for most skills. Although for the most part, I find them not very useful. The temp boost to get into the mining guild, useful. a temp boost on slayer each time I attack a monster one level higher than my level, seems kinda pointless.

If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.

Theiving raises by +1. So that gets rid of that thing, and alot of the stews give random levels. Too hard to do that.

A reflection is just a distorted reality held by glass and your mind.

You could use it at the nature alter when you're 90 runecrafting. So yeah, you do need it. Think a little more in-depth before you post.

yea, all these stat boosting things are really useful, i always id my herbs one lvl lower than normal and i made 50 super str pots yesterday with 54 herblore, i was also thinking if there was a crafting boost out there because i got 66 crafting yesterday but wanted to know if i could have made air battle staffs to get the lvl instread of making unpowered orbs, it would be really useful

Hi again,

The main purpose of my original post was to see if I was overlooking something that would up my crafting lvl. When I listed the pots, pies and beer it was from memory. I forgot about the spicy stews, the chalise and the (other) pie, so thanks for the reminder. Unfortunately, it looks like there is nothing after all for crafting... Dang.

Well, thanks again or all the replies. Maybe someone at RS will take notice (wink: wink: nudge: nudge:), an add it too an update as a reward in an upcoming quest.

:D

Ciao

I forgot to mentioned gaunlets:

Cooking gaunlets +10 on cooking lvls

Crafting gaunlets +10 for crafting (when smelting gold bars only)

These are from "Family Crest" quest.

Poison Chalice .... can raise any skill +1

Can also deal 49 damage to you, very risky.

Yeah, pretty much. You could do that if you were just farming or fletching or something, but not any combat skills really.

fan of her's.
