Outsanity Posted May 29, 2006 Share Posted May 29, 2006 Out of the 48 or so barrows items I've gotten from the chests I've done, 6 of them were War Spears, but 11 were Crossbows. lol. Some weird luck I have. By the way, in case you were unnaware, the war spear is the mosy expensive item for the following two reasons: 1. First and foremost, the Guthans set is, and will always be, the most expensive barrows set. 2. When you die with the full set, you'll protect the helm, platebody and chainlegs, but lose the spear. The first time the spear shot up in price was when the Daggonoth Kings were released. I remember the day. People were dying there left and right, and lots of people brought Guthans because they thought they could use Guthans to heal and stay alive. Obviously they were wrong, and probably hundreds of spears were lost that day. Personally, I have had 4 spears and have matched that with v skirts. The only drops that I haven't recieved at least once is any torag's, kh coif, and dh legs. Barrows has paid for my 2 santas, full g, v, kh (no coif), and dh. That and multiple prayer levels and other xp. Aquashock Posted May 30, 2006 Share Posted May 30, 2006 Back when i used to barrow (600 trips strong) i got 3 xbows 2 karils coifs 4 karils bodies 2 karils skirts 12 arhims hoods (omg) 3 arhims tops 2 ahrims skirts 9 arhims staffs 1 dharoks great axe 1 dharoks body 2 dharoks legs (along with first d med and dragon drop eva) 0 dharoks helm 1 veracs helm 3 veracs flails 3 veracs skirts 7 veracs brassards 4 torags helms 2 torags plates 3 torags legs 4 torags hammers 1 guthan helm 4 guthan body 5 guthan skirts 3 guthans spears (2 in one chest ftw?)(3rd came with 2nd d med) and just for the added thouch 19 half keys 3 d meds As you can see, my data backs up leeters data stated by RAHK in a way, ive had equall luck all around (aside from dharoks set) And the warspears are not the rarest item.
