Then they disappeared, so I looked it up on RS and it's part of the construction skill. But you need 85 crafting to make it. I'm only at 46 so it'll take some time before I can make one. More than likely it's not, but if it was the few people that could make them would make a butload of money. I know I'd rather buy one than go up 39 levels. :? I did appear to loose it once when I teled using my home portals. BUt, when I logged out and back in then I found it next to me. Here is a nice pic of the cat with me, I take it everywhere.
