I made these planets/moons, whatever you prefer, with terragen and just put some stars in the background with photoshop. These planets or moons are originaly 800x600 but i downsized them to 400x300 to better fit the forum :) . Please rate from 1-10 and give some comments please.

yeah, i really spent time on the planets and then i decided that stars would be nice so i made a picture of stars of around 250x250 and just put it down in the background more than once lol :D

why are you all commenting the bg? he said he wanted the moons/planets rated...

i like them, none of them look like they have an atmosphere, that's ok for the dead red one, but the other could do with one...not sure if it's possible to do one in there, but you wanted a comment :D

Ooo nice texturing, i really like it on the first one alot.

One thing, the first planet, is it just me or is it not straight even though its a circle, you know, its not completely circle?

Like Jum said, you should add some Galazies etc then it would be a very nice background for your desktop or something

Hacked, gaining none buy-able skills.

well like querr skull said planets arent completely round, and its really as round as it can get in terragen(terragen is not supposed to be for planets, its more for landscapes) but those were the very first two planets i ever made so i'll post some later, and i will improve the bg, and im working on atmospheres. heres a space view of a planet i made(all terragen except for the stars)if u want u can rate this one too :)

9.8/10 for the first one because I think that planet needs an atmosphere to make it perfect.

10/10 for the second one because it reminds me of Mars, and is original.

Very original idea about making these in Terragen, I didn't know you could do that but that's awsome.

I really like the third one you did with earth, although I would probably do some work on the starfield background, and do the glow around the earth in PS, with a little more fading so there is less of a "solid" feel to it.
