June 26, 200620 yr Well this Saturday, I am boarding a plane with my Father and Brother and going to Europe for a week. Those places are where we are going *points up*. So, simply put, what are some good tourist or interesting locations and/or things to see or go to? :)
June 26, 200620 yr London is a big place, lots to do and see. Whats days are you going for and for how long? June 26, 200620 yr Also, France is an entire country. Besides Normandy, are there any other areas/cities you're going to visit? June 26, 200620 yr 2 of my favourite places in London are Camden Town and Covent Garden. If you don't have any ideas on where to go, i'd say just get a tube ticket and make your way through the city - you'll probably find something you like at every stop. Kirk and Lars I could handle. At the same time.
June 26, 200620 yr You should definately pay a visit to one of the d-day beaches a memorial site and a museum. Mont saint michel is also one of the major tourist attraction in the area, it's basically a church on a small island. Caen is one of the bigger cities in normandy worth a visit. Bayeaux is another city which has a huge carpet in its church (carpet of bayeux). Quiet interesting. An early visit to a fishingharbour is also something I can recommend to do. Last but not least Saint Malo is a beautifull old city in Bretagne that is most definately worth a visit.
June 26, 200620 yr Theres a pub in Camden, Rizla, that sells Brothers Pear Cider. :D Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. June 26, 200620 yr Author Also, France is an entire country. Besides Normandy, are there any other areas/cities you're going to visit? Yeah, sorry about that one, I am mainly going to Paris, and a few little cities, I do not know the otehr names. I do not know the exact dates so I will get those and edit the post when I do.
June 26, 200620 yr Covent Garden definetly. The poster stall there is hot. Went there last week. Anyway, theres the London eye which ive never been on but I hear is good. Buckingham palace attracts the tourists so you may like it :D France isnt great really. And no lol why do you always want to get stuff from John Lewis. Its over ̣̉300 more then than what i paid. John Lewis is a great, great shop.
June 27, 200620 yr if you go to normandy, theres bound to be sum cool WWII stuff that you can visit there... seeing as that was the d-day landing target \ http://www.keepingongaming.com/boards -- Sign Up
