Pik Swing for Ess and Iron

Featured Replies

i thought this was kinda funny:

why is it that when im mining ess, it takes me 2 or 3 swings of my pickaxe to get 1 essence at 59 mining, but i've been able to get 1 hit iron since like lvl 45 mining??? (especially weird because u can mine ess at lvl 1 and not iron until 15!!)

When I Have It, It's the World's. When I Don't Have It, The World Is Mine.

Its the same with copper and tin. Im level 90 mining, and it takes me 2 swings, ever single time for copper and iron, and HALF a swing every single time with iron... Take from that what you will.

might be because you can mine as much as you want from one ess "rock" but only one from one iron Rock ;)

Because Jagex made it that way:P

honestly, I have no clue...

this prolly isn't true but they did for powermining. iron is good xp so they made it easy to mine, and also i think becasue when u smelt there is only a 50% chance to smelt it.
