Okay the theme is Film. Don't put something of a film in it but make it around film itself. But if you want to take the risk and do it completly without any startoffs I would appreciate that more and by itself pay more.

I don't get what you mean by film. Do you mean the film you use to take pics and movies? Or do you mean like a movie set, or movie, what.

Just everything that has something to do with film, except actors or movies. put a filming camera in it, a cinema wise sig like the red curtain opening and then you see something at the screen (that would be a good idea for a pixel one if it is possible :wink: ) those kind of things.
