On-Topic: I'd say no. I did it with a Combat Level of 50, and I still died my first try. When you do go for it, though, make sure to use (at LEAST) Lobsters for food.

I did it at level 56 I used all my lobsters and That's with addy armour. I'd say try melee and you'd die. But You could try With Ranged Attacks like fire strike (it's ranged though not really ranged) or plain old arrows. You get kicked out after you kill him, no drops, no getting arrows back I'd suppose. You could try with a STR pot and lots of lobbies, maybe 5 swordfish.

Oh wow I feel stupid, I suggest you get your stats to 40 first and take lobbies and the best armor you can get

i did it at those stats wit full addy and rune battle on rs classic. Just remember your antidragon shield and rest of inventory lobbies or better. Use improved reflexes prayer and remember to eat.

so ur lvl 41... its really easy to get all lvl's @ 40, maybe more if u feel like it.

 

i did the quest when i was lvl 53 and didnt feel like wasting much money, so the things i had on were: addy pl8, blk full helm & legs, power ammy, anti-dragon fire shield, and rune scimmie with baxe or r2h.. i forget which. i recommend bring 2 rune weaps with u. in my inventory i had like 4 str pots, which back then i didnt know how to use so i drank 2 of them before i even fought the dragon :? , and about 10-15 lobs, i ended up eating only 5-7

 

why does my account seem so much better than eveyone elses that fought the dragon here, ur all talking about all this stuff u had, and i only brought this little amount of stuff...

i did it with strenght attack and deffense at 40 wearing full rune with rune chain and a rune scimmy. just bring food and you'll be fine. and of course the anti shield

I'd say go ahead. However, I'm not sure if my advice is good since when I did D Slayer, my stats looked like this:

I had a swordie army, Rune helm, Rune chain, Rune Legs, Dragon shield, and ammy of def.

Mine was pretty similar to your's. 40 att 30 str and 30 def. I was around lvl 42 and had a full inventory of swordfish, a strength potion and teleport just incase. If you really scared of dying don't bring teleport and use that spot as food and get a friend to telegrab your things back.

You can safe mage the dragon, so the only thing you need to worry about is being able to kill a lesser demon (I think).

i did it at lvl 47 eaassssssssssssy. i took 1 dose of str pot, preyed 4 the lvl15 str prayer or close 2 that and only used 7 lobs

I was combat 49 with full adamant and I had to eat 21 lobsters. It was pretty close since I was carrying 22 lobsters :s

My stats were 40 att 45 str 30 defense. Just took a full load of swordfish, full addy, str potion and ofcourse antidragonbreathshield ;) Its easy, had 12 spare swordies...

Yeah

i did it at 42-str 40-att 40-def with full addy (w/ anti d), str pots, rune scimmy, 8 lobbs and 6 apple pies, and was dangerously close to dying... i'd definately wear rune chain and legs if i had to do it again...

I killed the dragon with combat lvl 40, wearing full addy. No pots, but plenty of lobs. I was close to teleporting but held out to finish with 1 hitpoint left....phew...

dont get ur def higher than 37 when u do it

 

that way u can still have rune pure
