Pandaman115
You could try buying rune meds for 10k each at W1 Varrock, they alch for roughly 11.5k [Admin Edit: No naming names in a negative light]

Sorator
Arrow shafts alch for much less than the nats cost, lol. Not sure how much they alch for, but you might try magic bows. Obtained quest cape and base 92 before obtaining any 99s! Currently finishing out my 99s with the (long-distant) goal of comp cape.
kwimbob
arrow shafts or easter eggs ...Ignore that. The best thing to alch are fletched yew or magic longbows because they can be made in bulk fairly quickly and alch for good, very profitable amounts (but only if you don't buy all of the necessary pieces). Combat 116+; Total 1900+; All Hard Tasks; (Nearly) All quest points; (Nearly) All skills 60+; An aquatic moose ninja.Currently: Using 63 hunter to get some of those "Chins", then I'm going to range stuff down. Interruptions of agility when I feel like it, as well. And lucky enough to get 4 Dragon and 6 Barrow Drops.[hide]Kwimbob now looks exactly like me in real life except for hair color. Yes, this means I look exactly like the protagonist of that certain anime that my second character, Faye_V is also named after. Yes, I bought a jacket that also looks like his. No in real life I don't have a slain bear to sling over my shoulders. Yes, I'm that skinny even if I no-life it for years in basements. No, I can't shoot a gun. Yes, I can win any other strategic video game you have never played - because I probably have, ahahaha. And yes, I also have brown eyes, yet one of my eyes looks different from the other. And yes, I'm completely oblivious to the [real] world around me as I constantly engineer new solutions to daily problems in my head. When I get hungry, all that isn't food can wait. When I'm sleepy - nothing is of any priority in front of sleep. But at any other time, I never slow down. Never give up. Never Surrender. Makes for a good life.[hide]YOU'RE GONNA CARRY THAT WEIGHT.- See You, Space Cowboy.[/hide][/hide]
enimen0
so if i buy 1k nats for about 300k and 1k yew bows for about 550k i will get proft?
Blaze The Movie Fan
You could try buying rune meds for 10k each at W1 Varrock, they alch for roughly 11.5k You just get your money back and about 1.5K while you could go and kill greater demons and get more profit for high alchemying the rune stuffs on the lvl3 clues. I'd suggest do lvl3 scrolls. For future posts, use the help and advice forum.

moopymitchell182
so if i buy 1k nats for about 300k and 1k yew bows for about 550k i will get proft? I think the street price for a yew longbow is 500-600gp. They alch for 768gp. Even if you found them at 500 a piece, you would still be losing money. As stated before, rune meds are good. I'm not aware of anything else that has a street price below the alch price. Personally, I would just fletch your own bows. You get some good exp, and you would make a profit. The only downside to this is that it takes more time.
meol
your smithed rune plates alch good Ignore that too.... It'd be very hard to find an item with a street price of 300gp (or more) less than the high-alch value. Most common solutins are alching what you make (like, for example, bows). However, in order to get money you need to make something (like picking flax, or cutting yews). This signature is intentionally left blank. Blaze The Movie Fan
Party hats, pumpkins, half wines ect. Ignore this too. Anyway if you are too unexperience to do lvl3 clues, or don't want to go to the wilderness smith steel platebodies and hi-alchemy them. Getting steel bars is quick. And it gives 1.2K each platebody.. jorus2
Blue bodies are good, ive seen people sell them at 5-5.3ea in bulk. They alch at 5616, and are good if you make them, although you do lose money. If your guna buy, then magic longs i think give you the least loss, 90 Combat 1900+ Total99 Crafting 99 Cooking 99 Firemaking99 Herblore 99 Fletching 98 Farming
