July 10, 200620 yr yes, using glory amulets vastly decreases the amount of time between crafting the runes. But to take full advantage of the abyss you should have like 10 glories.

July 10, 200620 yr You have to teleport back. A few effective methods include: Glory amulet: Just wear a glory amulet while you runecraft, and teleport back every load (Requires a lot of Glories) Glory Amulet + Ring of Dueling: To not risk losing your glory amulet to the pkers, wear only a ring of dueling instead, use it to teleport to castle wars after each load, and grab a glory from the bank to teleport. House teleport: (Requires a quest hall with a mounted glory amulet): just bring the runes for a house teleport, tele after your load, and use the glory amulet on the wall. The amulet will never run out of charges. Ancient magic: bring the runes required for the edgeville dungeon teleport (2 laws, one air, and one fire, forgot the name of the teleport), and teleport there after each load. This isn't as effective as the house teleport, because it uses 2 laws instead of one. I hope this helped, and Happy Crafting!

July 10, 200620 yr A good method of using the abyss is to get multiple glory amulets for much more effective runecrafting. I had about 50 and it suited me fine. It is easier if you prefer to bank your runes for natures, but some people prefer to just use the shop. Watch out for those pkers also! Legendary F2P Skiller
July 10, 200620 yr 5+ Glories would be fine for Rcing. It just means you gotta recharge them more often. Personally I like to have 15+ glories - I hate it when I have to recharge :twisted: . Abyss RCing is THE fastest way to make runes (but not the fastest to get XP). It's also not bad cash :P , but it was way better before the update :wall: Stupid pure ess

July 10, 200620 yr ok now i got a way to use it...its good for mind and chaos becasue they close to edge.w00t! Just sell some stuff and buy aload of glories!! Full rune = 4 glories = Quick Rcing (Recharge every 15 trips). Get as many as you can though EDIT: Looking at your sig, 40 def!!! You'd need alot of food aswel... :shock: Also your RC lvl, do chaos until lvl 44. Use the Abyss to get past the stupid maze thing, then walk back. With the money you will make from this (20-40gp profit per rune) You should be able to buy a few glories. You could also try staking with that range to get some money for glories Also, if you havn't done heros yet, I'll happily recharge them for ya. In case you dont trust me, ill just swap my charged for your uncharged. Anything to help a fellow RCer \ Just drop me a PM
July 10, 200620 yr the more Glories you have, the more efficient your abyss rc will become because you dont have to continuously recharge it. 28 is the optimum number to have. July 10, 200620 yr Author i just got an idea tell me if this is stupid or good but if u have 57 wc and 31 mage(like me)u could do it without glories.just bring lumby tele rune with u on rc trip(yes its a sacrifice of a few ess)and a wc axe. here r steps. (1)leave edge bank with all above. (2)get through abyss and craft. (3)tele to lumby. (4)use ur axe to row up river to edge (5)go to bank and repeat. so is that a good time efficent idea? July 10, 200620 yr I've done a bit of the tele to Lumby and boat up to Edge...it's fairly efficient. I was doing nats and it seemed about as fast as using general store, but without the headache of having your ess swooped. IMO, the fastest xp (excluding runners) is rc'ing fires with dueling rings.
