Kashi is supposed to mean something good in Chinese/Vietnamese/Hmong/Japanese/Tai/Cambodian/Indian, Just like my friend's middle name in chinese means Sunshine.

However Japanese and chinese names vaguely have any meaning whatsoever. Individual words have mneaning, but the entire word doesnt actually make any sense. It may be purely coincidence that Kashi is labelled like that, very much like there is a surname of Li in chinese, and a Lee in English, but those 2 were completely seperate.
