Password Saver

Featured Replies

I used to have one, but I lost it. It was a handy little prog that held passwords (for those of us who have many of them). I don't remember where I got it, but it was free and nice. If anyone knows of any please post the link, I will greatly appreciate it. :-k

Firefox can save passwords for you - though the pword field will be automatically filled every time you visit the login page.

(you can read what they are if you go to a tools page)

Opera saves and only autofills when you want it to.

Get Opera.

You can have a master password in Firefox so that you have to put it in everytime you start Firefox so that not everyone can use your accounts.

Protected passwords > unprotected.

TIF allows you to have auto login, and i think a lot of other sites do too.

I lvoe firefox with its tabs, its loving nature, its way with words, how it treats me....well I won't go in to anymore detail then that :anxious:

Whenever I log on to a forum my pass is always already typed in.

You can't ever find a place that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any. You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write "(bleep) you" right under your nose. Try it sometime. I think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say "Holden Caulfield" on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it'll say "(bleep) you."

I used to use Netscape, but I hated it so I went back to good ol' Internet Explorer :)

I use SBC Yahoo DSL and Firefox... The sites I usually go to allow me to auto-login and I just have that on... If they don't, it doesn't matter. I have a great memory and have never forgotten a password...

Hey nothing wrong with Netscape, it's basicly the oldest one, and it still works! It has good features like the tabing and bookmarks... Although not as good as opera... wich ShadowFax showed me, and I fell in love with it ( the opera client that is)

...but common sense is the best protection. That and 1337 sk1ll2.

Anyway Netscape Navigator was pimpin' back in the way with 56K, but now I use Firefox just because it has tabs. I used to use MyIE2 which is now something like Maxtathon because it had tabs, but it takes up far too much memory for my liking.
