TheRealist Posted July 18, 2006 Share Posted July 18, 2006 I'm moving into a rather smallish one bedroom this weekend. It makes me feel sort of despondent. Don't worry though, because it's that OKAY despondent sort of way where I tear the legs off grasshoppers and laugh a lot. Anyway, the place is [cabbage], much like the place I live in now. I've been trying to figure out things I can do to the place to make it less of a [cabbage]-hole. D̮̩̉̉cor ideas, cute things to put on the wall, dead people I can hide in my closets and what not. I figured, WOW! --- most of the people on tip.it probably live inside homes. Surely they would have some helpful suggestions and -2's to give me. I should ask their advice. So I'm asking your advice. Or you can mail me money to get a better place. Either is acceptable. On another note, Kel Mitchell has died. Anyway, helpful cheap ghetto d̮̩̉̉cor ideas??? Get some posters(hit me up i deal movie posters ;) Lots of shiney things. Try to find a mannaquin from a dressup store. Thats always fun. Also, (dont) take the signs that advertise street names. What's up with people thinking he's dead all the time?: http://www.snopes.com/radiotv/tv/kelmitchell.asp I'd go to a store like Ikea and just see what they have - most of the time they have generic rooms with good design styles that all match that can give you ideas - really it all depends on your budget because they have good laid out rooms you can just buy everything and put in your own place if you can afford that right now.
