a nice guide but i once solo's the mole accidnetally after dieing. i had a dss, full zam robe on and thats it. giot a lnatern and went in. immeadiatly used protect from melee when fighting her and turned it off when she dug. id poisoned her early on so i just had to keep finding her and giving her the odd hit.

I just don't see how you can make a profit off of the mole. Do you really get good seeds that often?

Also one uses d hally spec when it spawns...it seems effective.

Nice guide, another fast way to get lots of nests is Miscellania, put 100% maples and you will get lots of tree seeds, i got 5 spirit trees in a few weeks of miscellania, and that was only on 50% maples.

 

 

 

 

 

Most money on miscellania- 100% flax (spin and sell bs) 50% coal (smelt steel bars and sell)

I find no point in killing Giant mole. I already have 3 spirit seeds from miscellania. \

Think you should definately include using teleport tablets to save space (1 compared to 3) and house teleport for; prayer recharge, fally teleport, and to reduce costs.

Can you add me ingame? I am a level 115 and have one more method of killing the Giant Mole. I have over 300 kills and I think you will like my method. I would be more then happy to type-up my method if you want to, or I can just show you how I do it sometime. Halberd Ownage

 

 

 

This neat method was brought to my attention by Mikercool. I have changed it in ways that I think make it a little more effective, but this was his idea.

 

 

 

1.) Attack mole with Dragon dagger until poisoned. Protect if neccesary, but at high a high level you can get by without it. Do NOT use special.

 

 

 

2.) Find a safe spot to hally (THEY'RE EVERYWHERE). Pot up, and bring the mole's health to half. Heal if neccesary.

 

 

 

3.) Once mole's health is at half, use Str/Att prayers and unload special. This should deal a good amount of damage and if you're lucky, you will kill her without her digging away. More often than not, she will get away from you. Hunt her down and keep attacking her from a safe spot with your halberd.

 

 

 

4.) When she is dead pick up your loot, organise your inventory and head back to the respawn point to get ready for the next mole.

 

 

 

5.) Repeat steps 1-4 until you have run out of prayer/inventory room. If you're good, you will run out of inventory space long before you run out of prayer. Teleport to Lumby/House to recharge your prayer. Teleport back to Fally to bank and head off for another mole session.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Ok, always empty D Dag Spec, at less then 2/3rds hp *Never Spec* because it will make him run, 1 out of 10 times I can kill with out him running. (Spec seems to always make him run at around half HP)

i may be a noob at lvl 75, i i solo moles pretty easy using range (not a range pure) just use a poisoned dagger first and snipe it , whenever the burrows switch to mage long and use special with your best arrow^^

i just started soloing the mole, and i use a cannon, full rune, a whip, some pots, and food, and usually she gets to about half health before she digs away.
