If you happen to be doing fight caves, finish the wave and log out so it saves as usual. But, when you log back in make it have a button on the bottom left of the screen where it says "i'm ready". Clicking this will activate the game again. Before you click it, you should turn on your prayers that are needed as when you click the button the monsters will appear. During the period before you click the button you can not eat food or drink pots as this is too much of an advantage and can be misused. Meh, thats how I think it should work anyway. Jagex can't bring out a warning 5 hours before an update, I don't think that will happen anyway. It doesn't take 3 minutes to kill steel dragons either. Never happend to me but it COULD do one day. More than hour warning is just pointless.
