September 3, 200619 yr I can't tell it's so blurry.. I guess Cadburys_egg's right though, the colours clash terribly, text just looks badly rushed, you've just cropped some screenshots from runescape and bluring it so much just puts the icing on the cake.

September 4, 200619 yr I don't normally agree with pointless answers like 'No' that dont help anyone.... but.... seconded, the quality is horrible, did you actually use a program to make it worse? i didnt think paint made it that bad. and its not very funny either
