October 30, 200619 yr I was lvl77 and beated all quests and have the quest point cape im lvl78 now but if u look in Rate This! there is a 69 with one so far the lowest lvl is right now lvl69

October 31, 200619 yr Quest cape is impossible at level 3, even without the rewards. I tried it at level 3, One Small favour will not allow recoils because they don't work and a friend can't kill it for you. This is just one example. Think about DT or MM, impossible! P.S. I'm going for a quest cape at combat 79 I'm trying too, but i'm sure the rewards will get my combat to at least 80. This signature is intentionally left blank.

But I was one since level 89 combat... \ I think I've seen a 78 with quest cape, not sure tho :S 100 Combat , 999th to 99 cooking, 99 Fletching, 99 Hunter , 1850+ total Buying : Irit seeds 1k each, Candantine seeds 5k each, and Kwarum seeds 12k each
