icecube
Some quests you can avoid to recieve the combat XP. In Monkey Madness, you can just avoid talking to the last gnome for the combat XP, which is what Mahatma did for his pure low level staker. But if you're going for a Quest Cape, you need to talk to the gnome again for the RFD part, so you will get the exp then.
Karmastocracy
I saw a level 4 with a thieving one.Is that a joke? I mean, didn't you even read the title of this thread? :-s Guide to Everything Fletching XBL: Karmastocracy[stumbleupon]* Sits on a mossy rock with a notebook in hand, observing the behavior of the specimens dubbed "Fanboys"~"Even when the odds are against you, even when the chance of victory is bleak and your situation looks hopeless, take a look at the horizon, and think back to what you have learned. Lord_Ralian
No skill pures can ever finish all quests and get the quest cape (merely because many quests need at least some combat skills). I wasn't talking about Quest Capes though ;) [[̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâà]] lÃÆÃâÃâørÃÆÃâÃâð ̢̮â¬Å¡ÃâîÃÆÃâÃâãlÃÆÃâÃâïaÃÆÃâÃâñ [[̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâà]]

Esh
Based on the combat calculator and what is posted in the quest guides the lowest possible is a level 55. This is assuming that somehow you manage to maintain a 3 attack and 30 hitpoint. I don't know how accurate the guides are for requirements or if some of these are based on the writers experience but here is the breakdown. Range 60 (Morning end 1) Magic 66 (Swan song) Strengh 50 (Legends Quest) Defence 40 (Lunar diplomacy) Prayer 47 (Rum deal) I think its actually impossible to get below a 60 just from all the experience you have to get plus were not counting the slayer requirement Level 42 (rum deal) so you're going to take on extra combat exp. For those that got the quest cape, good job, especially those at the lower combat level.

kdb148
The lowest possible level, according to my calculations and Tip.it's combat calculator is 62, assuming you must take the extra combat experience from Monkey Madness. The actual combat level may be slightly higher than this, depending on quest orders that you have to follow, but here's how I determined it: You MUST gain the following exp total as quest rewards: 75,013 Atk 49,938 Def 49,413 HP 44,931 Pray 90,013 Str In addition, Monkey Madness gives you 35,000 in 2 and 20,000 in 2 depending if you pick Atk and Def, or Str and HP. Shadow of the Storm also gives you 10,000 in any non-pray combat skill. Assuming you choose strength for the 10,000, and strength and HP after Monkey Madness, you will have the following exp: 95,013 Atk - level 49 69,938 Def - level 46 84,448 HP - level 48 X Pray - level 47 - you are only forced around 45k pray exp, but need lv 47 for Rum Deal. 135,013 Str - level 53 Plugging these numbers into the Tip.it calc give a combat level of 62, which would not be raised by level 66 mage needed for Swan Song. You would need to train mage and range without gaining HP exp - easy for mage by cursing, and I'm assuming easy enough for range through PC, Tears of Guthix, and lamps from One Small Favour and other such quests. Doing this would require some very careful planning regarding quest order. I don't think it would be that tough, though, because you will be able to train pray up to 43 before tackling the harder quests where pray is a must, without screwing up your plans. I don't think it will be too long before someone comes along and actually does this. Check out this cool browser gladiator game!
