Guest Exkarotis Posted November 1, 2006 Share Posted November 1, 2006 Ok, note this is for F2P so I can groan to my fellow f2p'ers about this update, so any flames saying get members, or just pay the money, or don't complain you don't pay etc will be collectively ignored, so don't bother. With all the new updates, and november is a big one, a new skill, hunting, which shall be interesting, they're making over sheep etc, I ask one question. (I think you all no what's coming...) Why couldn't they, while giving members THREE more rows of bank space, have mercy and even just FINISH OFF our row?! How hard would it be? Just finishing off our row would make all our f2p lives 10x easier... Also consider that Jagex is a COMPANY, and companies are here to make money. What do they stand to gain from giving f2pers anything? If anything, giving something to f2p would only increase the whining for more stuff. Firstly, F2P will never be eliminated. Without f2p, there wouldn't BE any members, ie no money. Tell me who would start paying during tutorial island, without any prior knowledge of how to play the game? So f2p is essential. I am simply stating that in giving members 3 more rows to their already massive bank space, they could of easily just finished off our row. It was hard, but it was fine (tough I couldn't stock 1 more thing...) Since I have those random event clothes, I don't have room for a thing anymore! They give members extra bankspace because they get more items. Jagex is nice and we get more items aswell... But we also need bankspace for them :? If you are too lazy to walk back to diango then that is your own fault as for the whole bank space thing, i was f2p for a long time, up to lvl 60ish with realllly slow training trust me ;) and never had problems, inf fact i have more problems with a members bank and all the darn stuff i need to keep. So i issue a challenge, post your bank, and if i cant clear a lot of the rubbish out and get you a few free spaces then i will agree with you, if i can then you agree that f2p needs no more space. If you're a pker, then you want to keep swordies and lobbies, if you're a miner/smither, then you can have iron, coal, mith, addy, rune , silver, gold, and the corrsponding bars. I agree with the holiday stuff, destroy it and get it back from diango if you really want it, but the event clothing takes so long to get, that to throw it away would be a shame. Puzzle pirates is small and has a trial that expires after a certain number of playing days. Can you name some other game that has a couple hundred thousand players and a completely free version?
