I actually just got 71 woodcutting, myself. Well wouldn't that be the same thing as me saying, it's only ok to have 99 fletching at level X, because I see lvl 3 with 99 fletching. Now unless you meant you see many level 3s.. If it makes you feel good and you worked hard for it, it shouldn't matter WHAT lvl you get, whether its a noob getting 30 mining or a higher lvl getting a lvl 99. It shouldn't matter how good other people are, its your account and if you get a goal you worked for, its an accomplishment.
