I wanted to know what you guys and girls think of this idea, i think it would be nice to have another trading place, but on more than 1 world...

It WAS in RSC, and was quite busy too. As was the falador east bank, which was back then right next to the enterance to Falador.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I've never heard of the old Draynor market being revided, sounds interesting.

There is a bank in Draynor Village(the place where Willows are being cut and Master Farmers are being pickpocketed).

My oppinion on this market: Not needed at all, except if all the market goes to Draynor. It is better to have everything in one place.

That'd be pretty cool if it got moved there. I really miss the rs1 days where it was crammed full of people dueling and trading.

I've been there again and the mods were accused of being mad... I think it's good idea though... let's all help to get it moved definitely to there :pray:

I don't know since I never played RSC, but i do know that these two mods were trying to get back a trading center to there, to stop so much people trading on falador.

The main trading area on RSC was Varrock, west of the castle. With 2 other spots in Fally east and draynor.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I like it in Falador Park at the moment, there's a lot of space and everything has it's own area. I can't really think of any "landmarks" in Draynor that'd be used for trading so it'd be hard to tell someone "Yeah, whips go for sale near the willow tree" "Which willow tree?" "The willow tree that's not there at the moment because it's been cut down" "They're all cut down..."

The good old days. For those who do not know the cert system I'll explain it to you:

 

 

 

RSC had no notes. If you wanted to trade large numbers, you could do it 12 at a time. Since trade screens had only 12 spots to trade.

 

 

 

But another way was certs. Special Cert stalls which contained specific fish types (tuna, swordfish and lobsters), logs, ores and i thought there was another, but I am uncertain about that. 5 of each could be exchanged for 1 cert of the product. Cert were stackable. Ofcourse the buyer had to UNcert the product after the purchase. Because the most important CertStalls were in Draynor and there was a bank close to cert/uncert, Draynor was a mayor centre for ores such as coal and iron, but especially Lobsters. I remember Lobster certs were 1k ea. At least I thought. Thats about 200gp for each lobster.

 

 

 

I'd love to see something similar back some day, but with the introduction of the (TO) easy notes system, I do not see that happen any time soon.

Towards the end of RSC there were some added in Yanille, Super Attack, Strength, Defence and limps were the main ones I can remember but I'm sure there's more.

The reason it's in faladoris because theres the huge garden area right close to the bank. Draynor is scattered with buildings and trees :-#

Dragon Bone certs were in Yanille too I think. I remember selling 1k, at the time it took me about 3 months to get those. I could get them in a couple of days now with green dragons. At the time you had to kill blue dragons in taverly dungeon (but prayer switching didnt take a round so it only took maybe 2 pots to kill blues. I think I sold those d bones for 3.5k each at the time. I was so happy :P.
