ive had a post like this before...man not pretty at all. noone wants f2p to have a minigame because that would be too much for f2p. so yea... i would love too but keep dreaming :wall:

Gosh people... do you ever learn? Sure we all would like to have all the members stuff become f2p until there is nothing left in members, and the macroers totally own the world. {/end sarcasm}

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now, there are a few functional problems with f2p, but we are playing a game that nromally would cost money to play. This is a better free trial than ANY game has. Except the free ones of course.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I really don't see why people keep making these threads, as Jagex certainly has seen enough of them, and will make changes in their own time.

That would totally rock, just totally never happen. This suggestion would be totally better if it was more elaborate. Just don't say you want a game. Say what game. Make one up, show more creativity. usually a one sentence is never a good suggestion

How do you know? You know how Jagex gave quite a few F2P updates to new players this year? Just next year, have the same, except the updates are for high level players. And if this was the only update of the year, I'm sure it would have a better chance of happening. Don't give up, F2P! If you ask enough for SENSIBLE updates, you might get them!

Besides, five dollors a month is very little cash. Of course it isn't 1-time pay like the grand theft auto games, which probably costs over 500 dollors, but I've heard some online games (like WoW) are over $100 a month, be happy that RuneScape is only $5 a month.

For once I slightly agree with you (even if it was a bit over the top on pricing), most other MMOGs only give a month of free access before you have to pay monthly fees. RuneScape gives unlimited game time on the 'demo' then it is your choice to settle for that or pay for the full version. Jagex has been very generous this year with f2p updates but even after that they still request more and more.

I am f2p and i am happy with i have achieved here. I dont care about updates because i will always have something to do in this game. Yes, i do get bored but a bit of pking solves even that. Jagex already gives us an update every year if u think about it. I wouldnt ask more. If f2p actually became fun, members would move here and jagex would lose money. And the whole idea about f2p is that u would want to move to members. I would suggest trying to set yourself some goals that will solve all your needs and then u dont need to be member to have fun. what i really dont understand is what say do members have on a non member thread.. i's better run now, because there are people bound to flame me for that comment. :ohnoes:

I agree they have given us many updates this year. Also if we ask for sensible things they might give it to us sonner or later. But the probelm is this is not sensible. It is like asking for more quests, or haveing dragons you can kill more than once. They are part of the core that makes f2p different form p2p.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To the guy who made the comment about grand theft auto( i just assume you don't own a console) New games are usully around 50 dollars. After that in one to two months they drop down to 39.99. Unless they are a really good game. usully in eight to tweleve months they cost 19.99.
