The low Agility epidemic...

Featured Replies

I really like agility. The problem is that people for some weird reason train agility non-stop for a week because they need to do some quest. They only think of that 56 or whatever level it is they need. And then they're amazed that they don't like it and grow tired of the skill

I have a habit of spending an hour or two a week in Ape Atoll, usually while watching something stupid on tv that doesn't require all my attention, or while listening to music or something. I find it's very relaxing. Funny to see other monkeys/players fall into the water as well, grin. I also kind of compete with the other players, try to keep up with them or be faster. Or racing for tickets. In the Brimhaven arena you always make new friends as well. Cursing together creates an alliance!

Ahh yes...watching a monkey run around a course for hours on end sounds like bundles of fun. Imho the top 5 agility people are either mentally ill or have waaaay too much time on there hands.

Yeah it's addicting after you do it for awhile you get so used to it, most people don't wait though.

I have 56 agility because I needed it (I'm a Quester). Eventually I'll have 65ish so I can do ME2 (though I'm gonna try it at 56 just to be perverse and stubborn.....then die). As far as I'm concerned, Agility is the second-most pointless skill - after firemaking - in the game, and I am a serious skiller (1476 total lvl at 99cmb, lowest 38-CON (cos I just started it) then 51(guess!) highest 81 ATK. Avg lvl 67.)

Why is 'common sense' so named, when there is so little of it about?

It's not pointless at all.....the shortcuts are amazing and your running will regenerate insanely fast.

Defiantly not useless, just no one wants to train it because they say its not worth it.

Yeah but how often do you actually use the shortcuts? And how much time do actually save compared to, say, training herblore to the point where you can make super-energy pots?
