im 55 agil for regicide/roving elves (agility potted), and going to get 56 asoon as i run out of agility pots to recharge cbow, imo agility is pointless. one of my friends i goto dks with is 88 agil though, and when everyone else is still waiting for energy to recharge to 60 to go down, hes like 100 energy... he walks alot more than anyone else, though.

Like you said nobody trains it to train it.

If you look at the high scores there is a lot of people with 85 then suddenly the number completely fails.

Its very sad how I have 81 not a very high level in a skill, but I'm in the top 1,500 :(

I'm only 72 construction and I'm in the top 5k .

I find agility annoying, and I really don't mind walking foran extra 5 minuintes to get to where Iwant to go rather than spending weeks training agility so I can use a shorcut. If a quest requires me to have a higher agility level, that's when I will train it.

People like power training they mainly do that by gaining a low amount of money when they can get a hugher amount or loosing money. I personally prefer non buyable skills but Agility takes a while to train.

Agility can get boring and has no money rewards, im planning to get mine to 70+ so i can use shortcuts for slayer.

Id rather get thieving to 99 as it can get you alot of money and pyramid plunder is fun.

aren't the pirate hooks from brimhaven agility arena like 800k on the street?

who said agility isn't profitable (although it's a bit of a waist using those 800 tickets on it)

i do find it a bit boring sometimes, i was planning on getting it to 70 but i got bored and decided to do some fishing (for cash) then i got bored of that and decided to do slayer (plan on getting 55 or 65)

Yayyyyyy...

There's not really much point to agility in higher levels, most people only get it to a certain level for quests. I'm 71 agility, but I still find it quite repetitive boring.

I find it's the same with Mining with lots of other people, I don't have much use for the mining skill.

No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.

Jagex ought to make another agility mini-game - or at least tweak the amount of XP you get from tickets in the Brimhaven course. Thieving got Pyramid Plunder, so agility should get an awesome mini-game too :P

I so agree with you. Agility needs an update. Rouges Den Gives theiving and Agility EXP but it takes too long to get. Pyramid Plunder Gives some nice rewards but what are the rewards in Agility? Rouges Armor yes but nothing else! Well except the cape. Could someone make a map of a new Agility Area?

i don't care about agility, gonna get mine to like 70 or so, and forget about it for a while.

I consider it pointless, good for you, you didn't buy a skill, guess what? when you are happy not buying skills, i am efficently gaining lvls to do more fun things in the game, I have done the agility things that require it, its not that good.

with slayer, you have many monsters to kill, and you are getting up other stats, they HAVE good rewards, the only reward i see in agility is the crystal shield and bow, which are okay, but still, that requiers like 54 or something agility ((agility pots)).

not that high.

see my point?

when do i need run energy? OH right, i have money, and herblore, maybe i should make some super energy pots?

or buy some?!?

Agility can be fun, the pyramid was quite fun for a while, and if you haven't been in a while it's fun again.. The brimhaven course is good if you don't fall really often and get lots of tickets, it can be very frustrating! I can think of more repetitive skills, Woodcutting, Fishing and Fletching to name a few.

Currently not active on RuneScape.

Your forgetting the majority of people with high agility do not care about money, and we find it fun.

Okay well you find agility fun, so you do it, and we find other skills fun, so we train them. You play runescape the way you want to and I'll play runescape the way I want to, okay?

i find agility fun...and i did shilo today and without my 64 agility that would have been a veery long quest.

I shall take my flock underneath my own wing, and kick them right the [bleep] out of the tree. If they were meant to fly, they won't break their necks on the concrete.
So, what is 1.111... equal to?

10/9.

Please don't continue.

I really like the idea of having higher agility, I just like the concept of agility.

I think its a very nice skill, and useful for running around.

I just find training it fairly boring.

But you're right, it seems like half of runescapes level 90s have like 30 agility.

Here, after I finish fletching and stringing these 10k yews, ill go get mine to 60.

It's a very useful skill, and I am planning on getting 70 one of these days. It is a very repetitive skill though, and I understand why there are so few people who raise their agility past 56. I have 64 aguility and am severl 100k in ranking above those with 56. It is very repetitive.

Retired

2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes

Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.
