ugafan_2009
A small tip. If you have 42 RuneCrafting I suggest you make your own minds. Buy 1k ess in f2p for 35k, craft and save around 45k.Well minds really aren't expensive if you buy in rune stores. Also, if you start with about 2k(shouldn't be more than 20k in store), the chest will give you more than you use. Lighs
Do you recommend using Barrows Gloves (from Recipe of Disaster) instead of Mystic Gloves? Are they worth the risk of losing if you die (and do they protect over Whip or Torags?)

Are they worth the risk of losing if you die (and do they protect over Whip or Torags?)I personally don't have the gloves. I'm not sure about the protecting as I've never used. Unless they have a mage bonus, I really don't see in the point in using. The only thing you should melee are the monsters in the tunnel if you choose to get kc up. caruana
when karil is your tunneler, just hide behind the chest and poison him if you don't wanna waste pots lol :XD:
ugafan_2009
when karil is your tunneler, just hide behind the chest and poison him if you don't wanna waste pots lol :XD:I saw a guy do that with every single bro the other day. I did about three runs before he finished. This could work, not a bad idea. I usually try to fight if I have a decent amount of food. Wachtwoord
IMO you forgot some very important points. 1. The side step on Verac, this really help. (Stand on the south east corner of the coffing, let verac be just north of you. If you need to eat, move one space west, so you're just south of the coffin. Verac won't hit you here) 2. The (invisible) ladder safe spot. The laddes by which you enter the tunnels are still there even if you can't see and can easily be used as a safespot (although you may need some pratice on rats or something for that first). 3. -Less important- In the north east room is a safespot too; go through the east door and stand immediatly south at the first stones you see. The monster will stand next to the stones without being able to attack you. :D But besides that it's a pretty basic and decent guide, but to be honest not very much better then tip.it's barrows guide itself. slayerwitheyes
very nice guide, my only thing is nobody fully appriciates veracs, i love the brassy helm and blk mystic robe bottom for my mage gear, in all they only subtract 8 from mage bonus, covered by cape, and add prayer bonus, also, you can just add skirt and flail and terrorize torag guthan and karils How many RS players does it take to change a lightbulb? 5,000. 1 to change the lightbulb, and 4,999 to complain about how it was better before. slayer9434
pretty good guide =D> but i don't barrow using slayer dart i have 65 slayer but i find veracing the barrow brothers easier also it cost less money once you get the full set  Barrows: guthan warspear, ahrim hood, torag platebody, karil's crossbow x3, Dharoks greataxe, Dharoks Helm.Max Quest points"Never let your morals prevent you from doing what is right" Asimov

Michael
Awesome guide, I just did it your way, I didn't use one dose of prayer potion and I still had 3 monks left. Thanks for taking the time to right the guide.
Jock66600
I like not using prayer pots, so I just pray in my mind that I won't die, doesn't work that well if I get D mate in the tunnel. Nearly died, good thing I had a Ring of Life, he hit a 32 on his first blow. Other times, I get Guthan in the tunnel and thats fine, very easy. I like your method, 10/10. Very nice! I do Barrows for runes, items are just a plus.

Yan
Nice guide. Seems like you would save quite a bit on prayer pots if you went frequently. I'll have to try this once I get 55 slayer. What minimum magic level would you recommend for slayer dart to be really effective?
Michael
70+ mage should be good enough to use Magic dart effectively.

At least 60, I would recommend 70+ though. Quit RS, combat 104, total 1651
Jock66600
I have a great suggestion, adding a table of how much each barrow items go for, seems easier then nick picking through the price guide. I just think it would be a great addition, just got a Guthan Helm yesterday and not sure how much it goes for. Just a thought, its your guide and just curious if you liked my proposal. EDIT* Here are a few things, Guthan Helm goes for 1,900,000 to 2,100,000. Its just a thought..
