I saw a few games, but I am too young to know most, but what I gwiggled at the most was the boxes. So much effort went into its making - there was a huge backstory and so on. I don't know -- I'm not even sure games look that much better these days. Of course they look more realistic but not necessarily better. There's a certain sort of "fantasy" look that one doesn't really see in modern things. I put it down to having to use more of one's imagination when looking at the screen with old games. It is interesting to think what we'd have thought back then if presented with a modern game, though. U really shud - its gr8 - but it takes a while to get DosBox or Dfend or whatever set up to use it without major bugging or lag.. so far... lvl 15 mage.. ITS HARD! Ever notice how the newbie females are very clothed, but as they grow stronger the ammount of skin shown increses? I'm sure it would help their deffense. :D :oops: :shock: .
