I was just wondering what the chances are of being granted the 'last chance ban appeal'? I was banned in September 2005, not for gaining an advantage, but for asking what i thought was a friend for his item as a joke, he reported me, i got banned. Although what i did wasn't too bad, i know it was against the rules, ive just appealed yesterday. I really hope i get granted this appeal, i was just wondering what you think the chances are? being the last chance? elucin8er Posted December 4, 2006 Share Posted December 4, 2006 I think the entire thing was a glitch in the appeal system. Many accounts were given a so called "last chance" which is usually given to people who appeal immediently. However, this appeal has now seemed to appear in mailboxes of long gone accounts, with people thinking they have another chance. The glitch was fixed, and all old accounts re-locked asap. This caused lots of anger in the community with accusations against Jagex for "trying to get more money." (which is complete cabbage as a further $10,000 will hardly impact on their already yearly millions) Don't go off what I've said, this is merely my assumtion backed up by a mod claiming "technically glitched, fixing as we speak." I'm not even sure if some accounts are not yet re-banned, or what the full story is. So hold on tight as some more tip it members have their say. As lloyd said, there's a new system now. As lloyd said, there's a new system now. yeah, a friend frm rsc used his last chance appeal and got denied for autoing..so yeah i guess it is a new system.. I asked my friend for a bronze dagger, on a bronze pking trip and some noob reported me and I got banned. Old Runescape Character: Izup69 combat level 98 hacked by some idiot.
