I just got a clue scroll and I need to get 58-65 fishing to get into the guild :roll: , anyone know the fastest way of getting this? (Think about xp per fish and closest bank spot).

Best is Monkfish but since you can't fish them then Shilo is the best.

Ya there might be good exp. I'm not sure how much the travel to the bank will effect your exp/hour.

I can fish a full load of monks in 6 mins. Thats 27 x 120xp = 3240 xp every trip. This is timed from bank to bank.

Isnt fishing guild at lv 66 fishing? Anyway, you could always try to get low lv f2pers to run fish to bank for you, and fly fish at lumby.

In 10 minute I caught 63 Trout, 41 Salmon (6020 EXP), but when fishing monks, I only caught 43 (5160 EXP).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I suppose it may vary with fishing levels, but not too much.

When I was that level, I fly-fished in Lumby in f2p, having low lvl players take my fish so I didn't have to drop them one by one. Very fast levels.

Lobsters then Monk fish (if you have done the quest) I get monkfish 5 times faster then lobbies, and got to 71 fishing in 2 days by fishing monkies.

As said above, Shilo Village fishing is truly awesome xp !

Fly fishing is the fastest.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And you only need to get 63 fishing. You can use an admiral pie which gives +5 fishing.

Flyfishing is by far the fastest way. Monkfish are great for food and give you great exp. If you want pure exp fly fishing, but for great exp and great food monks are good.

 

 

 

Personally I would got with monkfish as I get through alot quick when training combat.

Fly fish - Btw, you a fishing pot to get in - I cant actually remember the level needed to enter, but Fish pot +'s 3 fishing :D

Only fish xp, maybe but it is incredibly boring fly fish shilo coz you often have to go to other side of the river, and you need the feather.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And on top of taht monks sell for 300 and trout salmon are worthless

^ they actually arent worthless you can sell on this forum or the official forum salmon 70e and trout 50e fish a couple thousand of them thats a few hundred k..i dont think that's worthless..
