make granite armer f2p

i know there is only a granite sheild, legs, and mule but if you make a granite plate and helm and mabye a nice wepon (granite mule has a spacial so it can't be F2P. i dont think they will like F2P to have spacials) so maby a nice and strong wepon(i dont think that granite is sharp inoth for a sword) so basicly make a beather armer for F2P i no everyone wants that (expt members because they think F2P dont need anything) ull have to have 50 str and def like granite shield and legs

So basically it's to make a better armor for F2P. I know everyone wants that. (Except members because they think F2P don't need anything). You'll have to have 50 strength and defense like granite shields and legs.

 

 

 

First...If everyone wants it, it must have been posted before. So when you searched, you would've found something. If you did find something, you wouldn't be posting this. If you didn't search, then you stink, you're supposed to search. If it hasn't been posted before, then you're wrong about "everyone wants that".

 

 

 

Second, not all members think F2P don't need anything. I don't. I think F2P only need sensible updates. Tell me, is making a P2P armor/weapon F2P sensible? Especially if rune platebodies requires a quest, and granite [platebodies] requires higher levels, but no quest? Unless you introduce a new F2P quest, which of course isn't that likely, no.

I dont like this idea. Why? Well, F2P doesn't need anything new, we have it good as it is, maybe some minor updates here and there, patchwork and such, but new armor (that gives bonuses , holiday stuff doesnt count), really asking for too much.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Second, I dont know how P2Pers get granite stuff but im sure its by a P2P method, meaning that if it was added F2P would have no way of obtaining these.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, the weapon thing makes no sense, period. A granite maul is basicly a warhammer anyway, and anyother weapon makes no sense, except a granite two-handed. ( think of it, granite dagger, know how much granite weighs????? ), and a granite two hander would be.......ugly to begin with, and overpowered.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lastly, Granite would look horendous matched with ANY F2P armor, full rune with granite shield and legs? Eww. Maybe with just the shield its OK, but it still wouldnt look that great.

Nice idea, but granite really isn't that great. What f2pers need is something like a cross between rune and dragon, but that is an rare drop, and costs 5-7 mil. That way, rich/high level people could spend armor that shows there wealth, and also has great stats. God armor partially fills this, but f2p could use something with somewhat better stats. Once you hit rune (I had full rune at level 51), there is no place to move up, and a level 100+ is stuck with the same armor worn by a level 50. Granite would help somewhat, but personally i'd rather have something really rare and expensive, that high level people could show off.

some changes would have to happen because allowing granite armor to be f2p would create an imbalance in the f2p PKing system, virtually shutting out all ranger pkers
