You already have the best one the 75 steel arrows is to upgrade Ava's attractor, which is the one I assume you recieve if you are < 50 range. I bought one for 999gp.

The accumulator picks mainly steel arrows to your equip slot when you're moving around. The main use of this is the +4 ranged bonus, I think. Nothing else has this high bonus.
