I was attacked by this guy, down to 3 hp (wasn't easy, had some lagg) so I teleported to my house. The only problem was that I was poisoned so I knew I was going to die the minute I got in my house, which happened. However I simply spawned outside my house with no items lost. When you die in your house you lose nothing.... I forgot about that rule

Those are ideal, the problem is that It would require an extra week to make the cash needed. So total of 2 weeks for cash + 1/3 week (since it's 3 times faster) to construction = 2 weeks and a third (or close to 2 weeks). otherwise my way it's 1 week for money and 1 week for construction. I'm averaging 120k exp per hour so in the end it's a tad faster. Also, I'm low on supplies so I'm likely to be less efficient rcing, I need to get combat up which will be done after 99 con. In the end this is the method that works best and fastest for me even if it may not seem that way

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Aside, I'm now in the top 100 constructors and i have 94/99 it's only 5 more lvls now
