Wiz g robes & dragon hide g was released because there were it wasn't fair to them (with black, addy & rune g out). Now black g has no purpose. The black is preist robes which is a non combat skill (prayer). So it shouldn't be added. Seriously, go train a dozen levels of it or so and see if your combat level rises. Of course, that's irrelevant, because dark wizards do not wear priest robes in the first place - they wear black robes with black skirts. If it makes sense to have black, addy and rune (g), as well as green d-hide and studded leather (g), I don't see where blue robes and black robes (g) is so inconsistent.
