December 19, 200619 yr alo does ring of wealth affect clue scroll drops. Sorry for any wrong spelling.
December 19, 200619 yr No you can only have one clue scroll at a time this includes any clue scrolls you have in your bank. I am not 100% sure but I do believe ring of wealth effects the drop rate of clue scrolls. Hope that helps. :) "A time comes when silence is betrayal" MLKJ Speak your mind, but be civil.Get mad, but do not rage.Do unto others as you would want done to yourself. December 19, 200619 yr Only possible way to get more than 1 clue scroll is from MTK rewards. Also, I don't think RoW affects clue scrolls, drops or rewards.
December 19, 200619 yr Author what if u have a clue scroll but cant do it and u want another one what do u do. edit: i preety sure row affects the drops cause when i wore it a got a clue scroll in three kills if that doesnt prove it i dont know what does. Sorry for any wrong spelling.
December 19, 200619 yr You can only get one clue at a time. I found out the hard way. I didn't have the stuff to complete one. I left it in my bank and pick pocketed H.A.M for like a week and then one of my friends found out you could only get 1 at a time. Thanks to Hardwick246 for the sig
December 19, 200619 yr nO aNd No. Also, it doesnt matter how many kills you get, i have gotten one in 1 kill once, and it took hours another time. December 19, 200619 yr Drop the clue scroll if you can't do it, because it's only slowing you down if you keep it. I still believe it does not affect drop rates, but that's what I believe.
December 19, 200619 yr Ring of wealth decreases chance of getting a clue scroll. The values it uses go by high alch value. Example: There's a creature that drops mithril daggers, every bronze weapon, dragon chain, and blue partyhat (don't get your hopes up, this is an example :P ). Without the ring of wealth, you have a higher chance of getting a blue party hat or bronze weapons, but lower chance of dragon chain and the mithril dagger, since those two have higher high alch values. If you wore ring of wealth when killing it, you have a higher chance of finding a dragon chain or mith dagger on top of that pile of bones, less chance of bronze, and much lower chance of a blue paper hat "Look, if your mom still drops you off at school, you ain't gangsta, pull up your damn pants!" -Jeff FoxworthyAuto-typer: $7.99Source code for auto-miner: $707 million gp off Ebay: $117Seeing n00bs ask player mods for them: Priceless

Jagex have never said how the RoW exactly works. "Chance of receiving rare drops from monsters is increased" - KB "The wearer has a greater chance of getting a rare item drop when they kill a monster." - From the news the day it was released. From that, it gives the impression that is does actually work on the rarity of the drop, and not the price of it. December 19, 200619 yr In theory, I do believe you CAN get 2 at a time. Just have one in your inventory, drop it before you kill the monster, and hope for a clue scroll. Once you finally get one, then just walk a little bit with one in your inventory, drop it, and go back for the other. Then walk past the first clue scroll, drop the second, and go back for the first one. Rinse, Lather, Repeat. For teleporting with it... have one in your inventory, drop the other near a tele spot. Tele, drop, tele back, pick it up, and continue. VOILA! Retired Tip.It Mod || Admin and Founder of Caesar 3 Mod Squad! All are welcome!
December 19, 200619 yr What power does the Ring of Wealth give you? The Ring of Wealth increases the chance of getting a rare drop when you kill a monster. You will never get items that are not normally dropped by that monster (e.g. a dragon medium helmet from a chicken) but you may get something that the monster seldom drops. Things like treasure trail rewards and Barrows rewards which aren't monster drops won't be affected by the Ring of Wealth. From the Magic FAQ in the KB. To me, it reads that clue drops would be affected, just not the reward part. If Jagex ever made a perfect update, there would be players complaining about nothing to complain about.[hide=My Stats][/hide]
December 20, 200619 yr Actually, in an old letter from Guthix, he did comment on how RoW worked. This may not hold true anymore, but I still believe it. Say, you have 2 roulette wheels, and the item drop would depend on what number you got on the first wheel. And if you got a specific number that corresponded to rare items, it would then spin the 2nd wheel to determine which one you get. RoW affects the 2nd wheel, giving you a better rare item. 1) If thou consider the possessions of an enemy to be like a roulette wheel, then the 'rare' items so coveted by players are located on a second roulette wheel, that will only be spun shouldst thou roll a specific number on the first wheel. The ring of wealth affects not the number which thou may achieve upon the first wheel, but should thou gain the precise number to allow thee access to the second, the ring will make thy chances of gaining an object on that second roulette wheel all the greater. My analogy is flawed, for death is not like roulette, but I hope that thou see the truth within this.
December 20, 200619 yr It's easy to get 2 at a time, you just can't pick both of em up =[ And you can't get one as a drop when you have one in your inv/bank
December 20, 200619 yr People above have answered the questions, but I just wanna add my two cents. I've gotten 2 clues dropped before. In fact, I made THIS post about it. But you can't bank them both. I carried them both back to the bank (very difficult process), and banked one. But I couldn't pick up the other one. Afterwards, I considered telegrabbing it, but it was too late. (Side note: RoW does not increase or decrease your chances of getting a clue. This has been confirmed by Jagex. In fact, the argument about decreasing your chances is that the clue replaces another item with a higher alch value. But since an update about a month ago, the clue comes alongside another regular drop. So that argument is now void.) December 20, 200619 yr you can have 2 scroll on the ground at the same time. I had several cases at banshees. But you can't have 2 in bank+inventory. So if yuo HOLD already one, you will never get another scroll. BUT if it lays on the ground it is possible you get another clue drop. Problm is that yuo will only be allowed to take one of them
December 20, 200619 yr Ring of wealth gives 10% extra drop from monsters. And YES. it decreases the chance that a monster drop a clue  that depends RING OF WEALTH IS NOT SO GREAT MERRYCHRISTMAS
