February 18, 200719 yr Author so with 73 def how often do u get hit because i also have 73 def almost 74 so i am just wondering Also if i run to the nature prayer alter between every run how many runs do you thing i can get in if i bring 5 or so ppots ill have at leas 50-55 pray before i atempt barrows. Mabey ill bring 12 or so sharks rest supplies and ppots and then goto the nature alter after each run witha full druid pouch. Money isnt really a problem i just dont have ancinets yet(too lazy to get 53 theiving) or w/e con level you need for karyll portal but i will do this stuff if i really get into barrows. If I used Torags legs instead of v skirt and glory instead of fury would i still follow the best equitment part of the guide Last Question would 70 mage really make a differnce then 67 mage if so its only 3k alchs so0 not a big deal for me to get considering i can make yew longs and nats. Nice guide btw I already knew about this method but its still a good guide. Sry if their is typos im horrible at spelling Eh, I don't get hit that much with 73 def. You don't need to bring any ppots except for 1(for emergencies) if you are going to recharge at that alter. Use V Skirt because its the same def, except with a +3 prayer bonus. And yes, you should get 70 mage, there will be a difference. February 20, 200719 yr When whipping Karil to death, I find it much more effective if I drink a dose of super attack potion. And a dose only costs around 500 gp, which is less than 2 casts of slayer dart... I have 77 attack too, and I can pretty much never miss with a super attack dose.

February 22, 200719 yr After doing 130+ runs with this method I found that bringing a Dds and your whip/d skimmy helps out a lot, sometimes when your not hitting the poison will still get hit Karil and you can deal some pretty good damage with it. Also, I found it helps to use Incredible Relexes(Attack increased by 15%)

March 5, 200719 yr Why kill karil with a whip when he is in his tomb, and kill him with slayer dart when he's your tunnel guy? Sounds a bit strange to me. For me (77 att 85 def 87 mage), i mostly kill him faster with slayer dart. A Guide to Chinning in Ape atoll: up to 325kxp/h!
