December 25, 200619 yr It'll collect any time you don't wear a plate :D It's quite smart/efficient to use it any time you'll be doing things outside of normal armor :D seems to work with barrows...or it could be the toughened rust :? its not that great rewards from quest should have decent xp, not some crummy thing that collect a small ammount of arrows and stuff in a short ammount of time click my sig for my blog!!!Thanks everyone for the sigs they pwn!No. Why should i give presents for someone in rs?Most selfish thing I've ever heard
December 25, 200619 yr So does it take the arrows that are off the ground that are really there? Or do they just accumulate? :-k Tbfgraphx14Happy to find I'm not the only one who eats glass.
December 25, 200619 yr Wow. Maybe I should do the quest cause all I really use is steel arrows. My guess is that this is like a metal detector. Basically picks up all the metal things but correct me if im wrong. More Tip.it Friends Needed! Feel Free To Add Me\m/ Tip.it's Biggest Metalhead.
December 26, 200619 yr It's a backpack item that creates arrows along with other metal items such as steel plates ans whatnot. The arrows are equipped and the armor goes into your inventory :D
December 26, 200619 yr An experiment I did a while back told that you recieve 83.4 steel arrows per hour  . I can afford a phat with that money in no time! \ By popular demand, this signature is back- however I currently do not have a blog up at the moment and if I did I wouldn't update it. Sorry, the sig links to nowhere :( .
December 26, 200619 yr Gives +4 range bonus. Gives iron/steel items depending on which version you have, seemingly at random. It does NOT pick up your arrows as you shoot them. If you do not have anything equipped in the relevent slot the items gathered will be equipped automatically (Arrows in the ammo slot, Knives/darts in the weapon slot). They do stack with items alraedy equipped (If you have steel arrows in your ammo slot, steel arrows gathered by the accumulator will be added to your quiver. Wearing steel or iron armor effect the collection (It actually gives you a message saying your armor interferes with the collection). It's usefull for anything where your not A. doing something where having as much energy is possible is extremely useful or B. doing combat where a different cape slot item would provide you with better bonuses for what you are doing.
December 26, 200619 yr Heres how it works. 1. You have an undead chicken = infinte feathers because its undead lol 2. A limb from those undead trees that attack you outside of Draynor Manor = Infinite wood because its undead. 3. To finish the arrow you need arrowheads right but theres no such thing as an undead iron bar so you have a magnet = picks up arrowheads and other iron and steel things. \ Does that answer your question? :P
December 26, 200619 yr It's a neat thing. I've collected more than 2k steel arrows so far, while farming, training agility and pc. In combination with boots of lightness, you can even out the extra weight as well.
December 26, 200619 yr I'd LOVE to get one, but I hate going through the quest...icky. I'll probably do it sooner or later. [Admin Edit: No naming names in a negative light]

December 26, 200619 yr is the "accumulator" the cool backpack thing that i see people wearing? De_Pk - Level 117 - Banned September 30th '06.
December 26, 200619 yr It generates a small amount of arrows/ars/knives etc. and such every 30 steps or so. Basically, you wear it all the time, and once you remember to check it, you will have a decent amount of arrows in your pack. 99 Crafting :: 39,750th || 99 Attack :: 1,775th
