Featured Replies

I've been searching for hours for snakeskin chaps, but i couldn't find anyone...

Is it really so rare to get(u dont need high crafting..), or do i just have badluck?

and please let me know if u got snakeskin chaps, and want to help me out, i need for finishing clue scroll

The bonuses are bad and it's a pain to get.

Since it has bad stats, not many people have it. That and the fact that the hides are incredibly painful to get.

I'll show you how terrifying a true Christian can be!

It's Xewleer: ZEW le ar, got it memorized?

Hermit of the Varrock Library and its proud guard.

no actually they are level 40-somthings in karejama but i think the temple trekking ones work too.

Go to Moss le harmless and kill the snakes around there, they have a 100% drop of snake skin.

The only other way that i know of is to use the Tai Bo Wanno clean up minigame and kill the occasional bush snake.

No.1: They aren't expensive, so no one gets them.

No.2: They have been out for more than a week, so no one gets them.

I believe you can kill the snakes on Mos'Le'Harmless to get hides too, which is a load easier.

basicly whats been said is there highly useless for the amount of hides they consume, 15 for body, 13 for chaps, etc.. the best thing is the snake skin boots, i think its like 2 less than range boots at a fraction of the price and they only use 6 hides, and i have plenty of them(boots)

Green d hide is much better than snakeskin and it doesn't take that long to get from lvl 30 ranged to lvl 40. Snakeskin is mostly used for the boots (cheap ranger boots) and the bandana (cheap robin hood hat).

wow, didn't know about the mos le harmless snakes, I'm going to get a few more pairs of snakeskin boots!

I think only the boots are worth it, since they are the only boots that provide a ranging bonus besides the extremely expensive ranger boots. but otherwise the set is lame =|

This is exactly correct.

I also use snakeskin bandana and boots, but not the chest and legs peices.

They're a great alternative, like's been said here, for the ranger boots/hat.

And yes, it's a PAIN to get the hides doing the bonno minigame, much better to do the moss le harmless, i'd say 1000% more efficient, timewise.

Man, I really do love Runescape, and I'm sure if it was a real person I would of asked it to marry me by now.
