December 31, 200619 yr Heya All, So it's a pretty simple topic. What's your favorite sport. Tell me what sport do you enjoy playing the most, and what sport you enjoy watching the most (on Tv and Live at the match). And why? And within those sports I'd like to know which athlete you admire and look up to the most. And give a short explanation on why. Personally, I love playing Tennis the most and watching Rugby League the most Live at games, and as well as on Television. When it comes to tennis I admire Roger Federer. He is the complete package when it comes to tennis, and has, when he's at his best, no weaknesses. And his on and off court behavior and how he represents himself is applaudable. Though if Lleyton Hewitt were to be playing him I'd still be going for Lleyton as he is an Aussie. : And in the game of Rugby League - many wouldn't know what it is, but to those who do (Mainly Aussies, Kiwis and the Brits), I admire Nathan Hindmarsh the most, for how much he puts in on the field in terms of effort and commitment and his leadership. And he's an Eels player which is an added bonus! :P So post away! ~~Eelspremiers~~
December 31, 200619 yr Favorite sport would be American Football :) Pretty wierd for an arab to like that huh. Someone in sports that I admire would be the captain of the Iraqi national soccer team. Very good player, very sportsmanlike and down to earth. He was given a contract to play for Inter-milan, the contracted included him not playing on the Iraqi team, he didn't go with the contract :o
December 31, 200619 yr Favourite sport... badminton, cycling. I like watching cricket and riding. I admire Tim Henman because he just keeps going! :)
December 31, 200619 yr Favourite sport, toughie, probably rugby union or tennis. I admire Martin Johnson in rugby and Jonah Lomu. Tennis wise I have to admire Federer, but I definitely love to watch Rod[bleep] as a player, very exciting. I also cycle a lot and sail. Cycling wise, Eddie Merckx, Lance Armstrong and Miguel Indurain would be my all time greats. But I like Floyd Landis and Ivan Basso as well. Sailing, Ben Ainslie is a fantastic dinghy sailor, but Ellen MacArthur would have to be the ultimate yachtsperson in my opinion, but Alex Tompson is a pretty good yachtsman as well. "Da mihi castitatem et continentam, sed noli modo"
December 31, 200619 yr I play most sports, top three would have to be football, hockey (field) and rugby union. I admire many people in the sporting world for different reasons. I will always this tiger woods is an amazing sportsman, virtually the perfect mould. As someone has previously said Martin Johnson was extremely inspirational. In football it would have to be Roy Keane, favourite player of all time (united fan lol). Although at the moment im really warming to Reading's manager, Steve Coppell as he never complains and just gets on with the job; football would be a lot better with more people like him in the game.
December 31, 200619 yr Favorite sport hands down is baseball. I can play pretty much any sport and be good at it, but baseball is my best. As for who I admire, has to be David Wright. Because he plays the position I like to play on my favorite team. Jose Reyes is a close second. 122 Combat : 99 Hits : 99 Attack : 99 Strength97/99 Defence : 99 Fletching : 99 Woodcutting

December 31, 200619 yr My favorite sport to play is, hands down, tennis. I find it deadly boring to watch, though. My favorite sport to watch is probably football, along with volley. Idols? I'm not really the idols kind of person... After thinking for a while, I say Robinho. The boy has still got much to do and in a couple of years you are all going to agree with me. :D ^The most disturbing signature on Tip.it^Last.fm|HELLY KAYLA!|Oh the mehagurtz!|#Siencemakers"they care less about their spelling mistakes then I." - Lionheart"apinagez... let me
December 31, 200619 yr Table Tennis, Football, Basketball, Rugby Union. It's so hard to just pick one . Rugby union is probably my favorite to play (played it the longest competitively), with Table tennis a close second. Favorite sport to watch is football. The athlete I most admire would be... Zidane. He is simply the master when it comes to football. He has fantastic control of the ball and can bring other teammates into the game. And he's still a modest and humble man even with his fame. Regardless of headbutts, he is still number one in my eyes.
December 31, 200619 yr Favorite is basketball or archery (if that counts as a sport). I like watching football and basketball on tv, but only if it's one of my favorite teams playing. Internet Marketing For Newbies

For example : (Table) Tennis (Mini) Golf Baseball I don't watch sports, so I don't admire anyone, except my friends. And I ment all my friends, some are better than me, but don't let their ego take control and some are not as good as me, but keep on training to become better. ^Simple pwnage!^

December 31, 200619 yr I don't have a favorite player, but I love the game of waterpolo. There is no other sport that i can actually do well in, but in waterpolo, i can because not as many people are as comfortable in the water as i. Wrestling in the water is cool too... December 31, 200619 yr Auto Racing, especially Formula 1 and the IRL whenever I can get it on TV. the russians are the best! Hands down!
December 31, 200619 yr My fave is Football (or soccer for our American friends). Love Glasgow Celtic. Got a season ticket and go to every home game... best sport in the world! My hero is Henrick Larsson. Greatest striker in the world lol ;)
December 31, 200619 yr Basketball, baseball, American football Players: Kevin Garnett because he kicks wagon, David Wright because he's the future of the Mets, and Torry Holt because he's the best player on my favorite team. The code in my sig should say 1032 not 0132.
December 31, 200619 yr Well being a County Badminton player, i love badminton... However, i do like Softball and Baseball, but they're not very big in the Uk.. I've have to say i admire robertson and emms as they're the ultimate partnership I played for my county also!! Unfortunately, one I am too old for Under 18 squad, and there is no Under 21 squad for lack of a coach. And two, I no longer live in Surrey. I'd feel like a traitor playing for anyone else. SHH HUT YUH MUH. DERKHED.
January 1, 200719 yr My favorite sport is football, And my idol is barry sanders....He was just amazing to watch...in my opinion he was the best back the NFL or maybe even football, go on google video and type in his name and you will see why.....
January 1, 200719 yr Favourite sport is skateboarding. Honestly it's the only sport I watch on tv also. Like the x games. Whether it's vert or street (I used to be all vert, now I'm more street but I still do vert for fun) and I love watching it, more than anything. Personally skating>any other sport. There are so much more things in skateboarding to do whether then watch someone shoot a ball into a basket, or hit a ball back and forth..Or run around bases 100 times to see who wins, that's boring as hell. I need something with variety, which skateboarding gives. :P
